Beach house vacation rentals in Aguda, Arcozelo

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Tiagos Haus! Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft – in nur einer Minute ist man zu Fuss am Strand mit einer wunderschönen Kapelle und atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergängen. Das Haus selbst ist zwar etwas älter, aber in sehr gutem Zustand, super sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Besonders angenehm: der grosse Kühlschrank, die Waschmaschine und die insgesamt gute Infrastruktur. Als wir den Föhn nicht finden konnten, wurde uns sofort ein neuer gebracht – der Kontakt war also auch top! Für Aufenthalte im Frühjahr empfehlen wir, die Heizung mit einzuplanen, da die Nächte noch etwas kühl sein können. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir haben mit unseren zwei Teenies ein paar Tage in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft gewohnt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist spitze und die Kommunikation mit Pedro war hervorragend.

Liliana’s home is perfect for a family holiday. We had mixed age groups and the downstairs bedroom and bathroom is good for older generation with easy access. We were by the beach for walks and nearby was a cafe and restaurant for evening meals and morning coffees and cakes. We got Ubers into Porto which were very easy to get and reasonably priced. You can have busy days in Porto and quieter evenings in the house in Gaia which suited us perfectly. Liliana was a fantastic host who organised a cab for us from the airport. Any questions we had she provided quick answers and helpful tips. I would definitely recommend the house and host. Just for info - We took a bus tour in Porto for 48 hours would take the bus to the point closest to the house and grab an Uber from there which worked out cheaper.

We had a wonderful stay at Ruca’s place with our family. She was extremely helpful and friendly and we felt at home right away. The house is located literally on the front of the beach and there is a back door giving access to the beach. The place is spacious, the garden big and neat. Ideal for families. Wir haben zwei Wochen Familienurlaub mit erwachsenen Kindern gemacht und waren 8-9 Personen. Es hat allen gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind zwar tatsächlich sehr hellhörig, aber das war soweit okay. Alle haben es sehr wertgeschätzt, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes, kleines Bad hat. Die Küche ist sehr großzügig und mit guten Geräten ausgestattet. Insgesamt ist das Haus architektonisch interessant und hat eine tolle Lage. Strand, Gaststätten und auch die Bahn sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Für seine freundliche, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Art als Gastgeber sind wir Rui sehr dankbar.

Vriendelijke host, zeer vlotte communicatie. Zeer ruim huis met grote tuin. Rustige buurt, probleemloos parkeren voor de deur. Speelruimte voor de kinderen. In de buurt is, buiten het strand en de zee, weinig te beleven, maar er is een gemakkelijke treinverbinding met Porto. Een aanrader!

Si vous aimez le calme et vous endormir avec le son des vagues vous venez de trouver le logement parfait. De plus, Paula est une hôte très attentionnée. À notre arrivée nous avons eu droit à des tartelettes portugaises et une bouteille de vin en guise de bienvenue. Nous avons séjourné avec notre fille de 10 mois et tout le nécessaire était présent dans le logement. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Wir waren für eine knappe Woche bei Daniel und Ana und wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön, die Lage total nah am Meer und da wir ohne Auto waren, war für uns die Bahnanbindung wichtig. Die Anbindung Richtung Porto ist einfach, nah und schnell. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Daniel und seine Familie sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Besser hätten wir es nicht haben können. :) Portugal ist zudem absolut eine Reise wert. Wir werden wiederkommen.

This place was a great find in a peaceful area. The house is private and secure. There is a nice stretch of beach that is walkable. Taxis were cheap to get into the city centre

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa dos Olivais! Exactly as described—clean, cozy, & fantastic location. As beautiful as the photos are, the place is even more breathtaking in person. All of the amenities were great esp. it being so well equipped for cooking. If that isn’t your thing don’t worry there are some nice food spots a skip away. The place was very clean, bright & helps to completely unplug if need be. If you’re considering, book it! You will not regret the experience. Leading up Afonso ensured we had details needed for not only a seamless check in but had great advice for places to eat, on parking & gave appropriate heads ups for other practical aspects. Notes: Those booking & renting a car parking is not immediately outside but it was easy enough to find free spots close by. There will be a little bit of a walk on cobblestone if you’ve got luggage. Overall, it was a fantastic experience & we didn’t want to leave. I would definitely recommend it to others looking to stay.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette grande maison très fonctionnelle avec cette belle piscine et la plage à moins de 100 mètres ! Merci beaucoup à Daniel qui est un hôte très aimable et réactif !

Wow I really enjoyed the stay. The place is impeccably styled and is very conveniently located. The host is awesome and we were fed a daily supply of crazy amount of bread and pastries. What is not immediately clear from the photos is that the place is in a vicinity of a big port, but that is actually a very interesting view to see so we're more than enjoyed the stay and would totally come back again.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's beautiful home. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked with all that a family of 6 would need. Our kids really enjoyed the lower level playroom and the outdoor space and pool. The hosts shared local recommendations and even provided a few welcome treats and wine which we appreciated. Francisco was extremely responsive and came by within minutes when we had a question about something in the house one morning. The area is quiet but on the outskirts of many of the sights of downtown Porto. Something to be aware of if you're looking for an area that is walkable or closer to the activities around town. You will need to Uber (minimum 10-15 minutes) to get to most nearby Porto attractions. Great house and pretty decent location if you don't mind being a bit further away from the city center.

Rita ist eine freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie Unterkunft war, wie beschrieben und mit dem Zug kann man günstig einen Besuch in Porto machen.

La maison est très belle, spacieuse, fonctionnelle. Tous les équipements sont heut de gamme. Le jardin et les terrasses sont un vrai plus. Je conseille vivement !

Una vacanza meravigliosa vicino Esmoritz. la proprietaria è molto cordiale e disponibile. La casa è spaziosa, vicino la spiaggia e arredata con molta cura, la cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Comodo il parcheggio vicino la casa, piccolo negozio di alimentari e panetteria due passi da casa. Consiglio vivamente questo posto!

Vi var en familie på fire barn (6, 12, 14 og 16 år), to foreldre og to besteforeldre. Huset var supert på alle måter, - rent, romslig og smakfullt innredet. Med sine fire soverom og fire bad hadde vi alt vi trengte! Tre balkonger og en uteplass foran kjøkkenet gjorde at dette huset virkelig var noe for seg selv. Paulo gjorde oppholdet enda bedre, og han var svært hjelpsom og hyggelig hele tiden. Da vi ankom huset gav han oss gode tips og han hadde i tillegg ordnet med masse vann, kaffi, øl og epler. Han kom nesten umiddelbart da vi trengte ekstra sengetøy og handklær, og stod til tjeneste når vi trengte det. I nabolaget finner man bakeri, supermarked og restauranter/kafeer innenfor 1 minutts gange, og. Slik er det også med stranden. Togstasjonen er også bare tre minutter unna, men vi tok oftere Uber når vi skulle inn til Porto/flyplassen. Det var uansett enkelt å komme seg rundt, også til nabolandsbyene. Rolig atmosfære og er fint sted å være for å slippe å bo midt i byen.Anbefales!

Adriana’s home was a lovely space that looked even more amazing than the photos - curated with so much beautiful art, character, literature - a space in the house for whatever you are feeling. Very close to beach as well as lovely markets, cafes and all that you would need. Really easy to get into Porto by taxi . Couldn’t have asked for a better space to get to know Porto and have a relaxing visit. This home really became a sight to see on the trip .
