I stayed for 10 months and had a great experience from start to finish. Communication with the host was always quick and efficient, ensuring a smooth stay. The apartment was exactly as described, beautiful, clean and well equipped, with an experience of feeling at home. The location was perfect, providing easy access to all necessary amenities and allowing me to explore the city with ease. Overall, my experience was exceptional and I would recommend the site to anyone in search of an extended stay with comfort and convenience.

All good as always. It was my third time there. It’s not the newest apartment, but there is something that makes me feel at home instantly. Only negative point, but this is not the owners vault - one of the two elevators that are reaching the floor of the apartment was out of order. So, calling the elevator took a little more time than usual. This is, of course, just a temporary condition.

The host was very helpful, facilitated check-in and check-out, helped me very quickly with everything in the apartment. The apartment was extremely clean, very comfortable, fragrant and well-equipped. It had everything, and was well-preserved.

Flawless apartment, it is clear how much Beatriz invested in the place for the comfort of the guests, because everything has excellent quality, is beautiful, smells good, is organized and is super complete. The building is excellent and has everything you need, the neighborhood surroundings we found everything we need too, it was an excellent stay and we felt at home, we will definitely be back.

We were very well received by the housekeeper, Zé Carlos, who was always present if necessary The place is the same as in the photos: são s two houses: one with pool and one without, but as you rent the two, both can use it. She is small, but since I was only with my husband, it was great. The Chácara is very well located, located in the Dark Forest in São Pedro, a 9-minute drive from Águas de São Pedro. The host explains very well how to get there, so there's no mistake! The place is very quiet, great for those who like peace!

I stayed with my family on the Easter holiday, the house is exactly as the photos show, super cozy place for you to feel at home anyway. The house offered bedding, bath, blankets, all clean and super organized. It has a washer if you need it. And we also received a treat from the host and also several tips for tours and places to visit. It really was all wonderful and for sure if we go back to the city we will stay in the same house. I stayed in the apartment for a month while I was traveling for work at the university. The apartment was cozy, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The apartment was also peaceful and the location was perfect for me, being within walking distance of UNICAMP. Ricardo was very friendly and always available.

Wonderful place, everything as described, Rogério ready to answer all questions, we were able to make many natural juices of acerola, the orchard is beautiful, amazing pool, our Christmas was wonderful, and we will be back soon.

Nice apartment! Good location!

From the time of booking, the host did his best to solve everything. I also specially found a family member who understands English to welcome me during the reception, which makes me feel specially surprised, especially for me who doesn't understand Portuguese. The host personally introduces everything in the house and is also happy to answer all the questions about your stay, which I specifically recommend to all.

The apartment is impeccable, I felt at home. It was extremely clean and organized. The check-in was super simple to do, as well as check-out.
