Great cost-benefit, super clean, cozy and well-located apartment, close to shops, restaurants, ice cream shop and market, we don't need to use the car to stroll around the city. I recommend to those who want to stay in a comfortable place and very affordable price. My family felt at home, we really rested a lot, lived up to our holidays. in addition, we were well served by the owners, responded to us promptly by message and also gave us the possibility of making our departure time more flexible to enjoy our stay in this wonderful city. When we come to the city again, we will stay here for sure, I recommend it to all families.

I had a great stay at Shirlei's estate. The apartment is good and well located, close to the shops, bars, restaurants and bus station (I knew everything on foot) and is about 10 minutes by car from Thermas.

I stayed more than 1 month in César's apartment and everything was exactly as it was described and with the photos taken. Reception Boa (I took the key at the gate) with a good lodging on the part of César, who has already left everything organized and clean throughout the apartment before I even arrived. I recommend it!

My stay was just one night to enjoy the Thermas de São Pedro park! I booked last minute and Bianca worked hard to accommodate us, including authorizing late check-out so we could enjoy the day in the park and take a shower before we got home! Thanks again, Bianca, for your hospitality!

Vanessa is kind and responsive. The property has a great location, is exactly as described, with several amenities, has ceiling fans and for me the most important thing was to find a great bath and good quality and comfortable beds and pillows. And it has parking! I would most likely return to stay with Vanessa.

Silvia is very thoughtful and kind. The building's staff are very helpful. The environment is exactly like the advertised, extremely clean. Quiet, easy to access location. We very much like it and recommend Silvia's facilities for sure.

Great place

Hotel room exactly as advertised. Great bed and bath linens. The kitchen has no utensils. The food at the hotel is expensive (R$50.00 breakfast and R$98 lunch per person). We picked up pizza in Aguas de São Pedro - a new Bon Giovanni pizzeria that was excellent. For lunch we bought hamburgers at the Amassadinho Burger that delivers to the hotel for R$12.00. It was great and super worth it, compared to the value of the same hamburger purchased at the hotel. We ate by the pool quietly. We found the park very nice, but small compared to other parks we have visited.

The stay at Vivian's apartment at the Resort São Pedro was excellent. The space was impeccable, well organized and very clean, providing comfort throughout the accommodation. The children enjoyed every moment, especially with the recreation offered by the monitors, which ensured fun and entertainment. The fact that the water park is integrated into the hotel made the experience even more practical and enjoyable. In addition, Vivian's tips were extremely helpful, helping to make everything even more perfect. Without a doubt, an experience that deserves to be repeated and recommended.

Ricardo was super attentive, answered all messages. Flawless apartment in the Resort. Very nice place. The kids loved it. Very nice heated pool. Food at the Resort restaurant, very good. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with very tasty dishes and varieties. Hallelujah Saturday dinner was the best. All that was missing was a soccer field for ball lovers. Thanks Ricardo.

Everything was clean, everything was new. The resort is beautiful next to the park. However, consumption inside the hotel is extremely expensive.
