The apartment is very beautiful, clean, organized, comfortable and smelling. The view from the room is amazing, and the space for the car is close by. The entrance is made by self check-in, which made it very easy, since we arrived very late. As we had several appointments, we used the apartment only to sleep, and he answered us well. We did not get to know the common areas of the building, such as the swimming pool and playground, nor did we use the kitchen or had meals, so I can't evaluate these aspects. But I probably will! I indicate the apartment, you can rent with your eyes closed.

The apartment was impeccable, super clean and very well organized! It had absolutely everything we could imagine — from a needle and sewing thread to an iron. The condominium Jacuzzi is wonderful, with an amazing view of the city! Me, my family and our little dog felt at home and loved every moment of the stay. We will definitely return and highly recommend!

The stay was very good. Eliana is a great host. Since we stayed a month, it didn't include towels or bed linen - but when we asked Eliana, she came to deliver them that same night. She left clear instructions and the apartment is identical to the photos. We used the co-working space, the gym and the washer and dryer. You have to pay R$12 to wash and R$12 to dry. It's easy to schedule the machines and it takes about 40 minutes each. There is no way to dry clothes inside the apartment so you need to use the dryer. We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi. It was a little cold and once they weren't clean. It appears that most people in the building are from Airbnb or similar. The location was excellent. We did everything on foot. Thanks Eliana!

Apartment in a very good location, clean and organized, perfectly matches the listing. Great bedroom and bathroom, we did not use the kitchen during our stay but it has what you need. As for the garages, the one located in the building itself has good spaces, however, as informed by Bia, if your car is a sedan or larger it may be better to use the parking lot in front of the building, it is a lot, but with an electronic gate, eliminating the need to maneuver at the exit of the garage ramp, whose space is narrow. On the street in front of the building after the end of business hours it is also easy to park and it will not be necessary to pay for the blue area after Saturday at 6:30 p.m., making it even easier to arrive and leave quickly. Hostess responded quickly, provided clear instructions and was very kind in postponing check-out. Great option in Poços for any occasion, whether traveling alone or as a couple.

We really like hosting! The house is spacious and comfortable, great for spending the weekend with the family. The differential is the indoor pool, which allows us to enjoy the space even on rainy days. Fernanda left us very much at will and has always been helpful. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent accommodation with ample space. Movie theater with very comfortable reclining seats. Equipped kitchen. It has 3 large bedrooms and a smaller bedroom, with impeccable linens. It has 4 bathrooms. The gas heating makes the shower water very warm. The taps have both hot and cold water. The dining room has a large table with 8 seats. It has a beautiful fireplace and barbecue area. Elisabeth's personalized service was very good. We were 6 adults and 1 child and we were comfortably settled in. I recommend it and will return with my family more often.
