Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Aguada

We spent two weeks in Puerto Rico at Casa Birdsong. It is a beautiful, well-equipped, beachfront accommodation where we immediately felt at home. The beach is only 20-30 metres away, but there is a road in between which has a Caribbean flair at weekends: "cars driving up and down with lots of music". The accommodation is perfect for 4 people with a spacious dining and living room with kitchen. The large private pool is a dream - especially when the sea outside is a bit rough. The owners Mary & Jim are on site, very friendly, kind and extremely helpful. We were given lots of information about handy shopping facilities, good places to eat and interesting places to visit. Definitely a recommendation.

Excellent stay. Nearly all of the island suddenly lost power on New Years Eve and Hector immediately came to the home and fired up the generator to get us light, air conditioning, etc. He showed up often to refill the generator with gasoline until the power was restored on the island. Hector reached out often as well just to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything. He even offered to let us stay longer than our reservation was. The home itself was clean, welcoming, and had more than adequate parking. This place is a gem.

Elba and Edi were wonderful hosts. They provided local recommendations, helped when needed, responded quickly, and respected our privacy. The home is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the TVs were both user friendly. The laundry machines work, the AC is modern and easy to use, and the two bathrooms were clean and large. We were very comfortable staying here as 7 people for one week - the pull out couch bed is also comfortable and has plenty of room in the living room. The sheets and towels provided were high quality. The back porch was our favorite part of the property. It was large and had plenty of seating and lights for night time. The views were beautiful and the location was private. The jacuzzi and sauna were added bonuses and so fun! Having a rental car is definitely necessary, and the roads are tight - so be prepared! But the home is very close by driving to Rincon and Aguada. We would certainly stay here again on a future trip to PR!

My family and I stayed at the house this past week! We had an amazing time! The waves were a little big for my small children. However, we loved coming back from the beaches to the house. The sunsets were beautiful! One night we wanted to grill and the propane was out and the property manager, Chris came right over and changed it.

Hello! It was our first experience renting an Airbnb and we loved it; we were sad to leave. The owners were very friendly at all times. The property is perfect for spending a weekend or a week away from home and arriving at a spacious, comfortable, clean place with a large garden, and is located in a quiet and safe area. I recommend it 100%!

We had an amazing stay at Ocean Breeze! The property was perfect for our family, and we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. Everything was well maintained, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The beds were incredibly comfy, making for restful nights after a full day at the beach. The overall experience was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The house was beautiful and the beach was gorgeous. It was an easy drive to many places we wanted to explore and the road the house is on also had places to eat and get a drink. The back up generator made it so we didn't even notice the power outage on the island our last day there. Calvin let us know when the internet technician was coming and he was very easy to get ahold of. I hope to come back again and again.

Excellent service. Cozy house with all you need available. Everything was clean. Host was kind and available always. I would stay in this property again. 100% recommended.

Nissi’s House was exactly as advertised. Both bedrooms were clean and had ample linens. The kitchen was all you needed for a few days to a week and included coffee, creamer, sugar, spices, and all needed cooking utensils. The living room was spacious and came with plenty of fun games. The pool and patio were fantastic and the selling point of the Airbnb. Incredible views, great seating and the pool was perfect for a couple of people. Could not recommend the Airbnb enough and Yajaira as a host.

We stayed at Wanda's for two weeks. It was great! Wanda was a very thoughtful and gracious host. We were in walking distance to restaurants, bars, and ice cream! Wanda made sure we had everything we needed and gave us recommendations of things to do in Aguada and the neighboring cities. We would definitely stay at Wanda's again and tell our family and friends about her place.

We loved our stay, right on the water with the sound of the ocean to sleep to. The kitchen had simple equipment to cook with and we loved sitting outside having our coffee and breakfast. Xavier was very responsive and helpful. It’s safe, quiet, and beautiful. You can’t really walk to town, but everything is a short drive.

Place is up on a ridge with beautiful wind and starry nights and nice views. No houses behind. Very central to all the beaches. Neighbours we met were fantastic as well to speak with as is Tara’s husband and son. We really enjoyed our time at Tartas and definitely recommend it. Nice little coffee area outside the apartment plus a grassy knoll outside the backyard to roam around.

Keisy was an incredible host and always responsive. I woke up everyday to the sounds of nature and a creek in the backyard which made it even better and not to mention how clean they kept everything. I’d go again and again!

Its a beautiful home. Perfect for us and our 2 younger kids. They enjoyed the swing and snacks. It was also a perfect distance from the beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time I stayed at one of Miguel’s properties and it never disappoints. Perfect apartment in a great location!

Loved the location. Close to restaurants, and beach. Property is very well kept. Beautiful gardens. Pool area is spa like. Lots of chairs, beach towels. Snorkel gear included, but we did not use it. Washer and dryer too, detergent was provided. Beach is right across the street. We found a lot of sea glass and shells. Everything was just as described in the listing. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

A quiet, clean, spacious condo with a beautiful ocean view. The property is on the third floor, but not to worry if you have any accessibility issues because there are ramps and elevators. Think the most number of stairs you would need to climb are four. There is a pleasant wrap around balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for a morning or evening meal. I thought all the bedrooms were a nice size, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. I stayed there with my wife, son, brother, and his girlfriend and never felt crowded. The property includes access to a pool and the beach. It's just a small parking lot distance from the building to the ocean. Also of note is the property is gated, adding to the sense of peace and security. There are restaurants, street food vendors and grocery stores nearby.

What a gem of a condo. we have stayed in many Rincon condos and you can tell when something is simply a rental property and when someone has taken the time to set the place up as a home. Ingrid’s place was well appointed, maintained and has everything we needed. Wish we had booked longer and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful location, though the walk to the beach is a little more than advertised. Home sits atop a mountain overlooking the beach. The view was worth it anyways, I would recommend.

Excellent spot for our family of four. We worked between surf spots snorkeling and exploring. While we did this I got surf some very cool breaks. When we packed each day full of fun we came back to a comfy, peaceful place. I was stoked to see nearly everything we needed for a beach day was there.

Ivelisse was an amazing host. It was the first time a host personally gave the keys of her place and gave me a small tour of the facilities. Also, knowing it was my wife’s birthday, she decorated the apartment with birthday props. Overall the place is well equipped. It’s close to the beach and great restaurants. Also the views from the apartment are amazing. Definitely it’s a place that I will visit again. Thanks Ivelisse !!!

This little gem is exactly as described. Not fancy, but very comfy, with stars and ocean, nightjars and coqui, lovely quiet beach just steps away. We are “senior” travelers and enjoyed it! Jay was quick to answer when we had questions. It is 55 steps to get up there, but the stairwell and landings are wide, clean, and well-lit. Worth the climb! Safe gated parking accommodations. Recommend Pausa Cafe and Guayabos Sunset Restaurant.

Beautiful condo, fabulous hosts, great communications and recommendations. No question went unanswered and advice freely given. You are just steps from the beach and sitting on the patio drinking coffee and watching the waves was fabulous
