Marlen is always very attentive, we had questions about the pool and she was very kind, she responded quickly and showed willingness to make sure the stay was 10/10, the place is very quiet and private, check-in was very easy and comfortable

The house is comfortable, its kitchenware is very complete, the pool is great, ideal with a very nice view and surrounded by nature. Gilberto's service was excellent and timely.

I had the opportunity to stay at Casa, which is a delight, and the experience was excellent from the first moment. The place is cozy, clean and very tastefully decorated, which creates a relaxing and homey atmosphere. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, good speed Wi-Fi and all the necessary amenities. Also the bathroom was spotless. What really made the difference was the staff's service. They were always friendly, attentive and willing to help with local recommendations. The location is also ideal, close to downtown but far enough away to avoid the noise. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility and quality service.

Beautiful property and very private. The pool attendant came every morning by 7am to clean the pool. A very relaxing atmosphere and very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We will be back!

The place is just like the description, comfortable, easy check-in and perfect location. I loved the entrance, it's very personalized, communication and support from the host is very fluid, friendly and constant, the pool area is spacious and very organized. It works from 9 am to 12 pm and from 3 pm to 9 pm, the BBQ area is great, the surroundings and green common areas are very well maintained, soccer, basketball and volleyball courts. My son enjoyed it to the fullest, we were super happy. There is WiFi, however the area as such does not have very good coverage and the signal is very intermittent.

As shown in the description, the house has everything you need to spend a few delicious days and Luis is a very good host. Maria Elena's service is excellent

Ivan's place is very comfortable and conveniently located, it has an excellent view of nature, the complex is very organized and has excellent common areas, highly recommended for visiting as a family, the water park is wonderful. Using the air conditioners with the card at the beginning can be confusing, but then there is no problem. 100% recommended

The weekend was spectacular, the condominium is very quiet, cozy, the support staff is very friendly and helpful, they were always attentive to my daughters and my mother-in-law. The place met all expectations. It was a great location. Check-in at the site was easy. The apartment was clean and organized. I had everything you need to have a pleasant time. Carolina was always available to answer questions. Also, there was check-in time flexibility, which allowed us to enjoy a little more. I recommend this excellent option for a vacation.
