Excellent stay at Ahmed's place! The apartment is almost brand new, stylish and absolutely immaculate. Everything is as described in the listing - it's a comfortable space, spacious and well equipped. There's a guard within the apartment complex, so it feels very secure. The apartment is the new part of city (about 15 mins walk from the station), so it is around 40 mins on foot to the medina and historic centre... which is quite a hike! However there are always plenty of "petit taxis" around to take you to the city. Plus, as we explored the local area, we discovered a lovely park and some nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Ahmed and Ouadie are great hosts - always helpful and responsive. We don't have anything negative to say, it was a really great stay!

We werden uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen door Hamid. Het voelde als thuiskomen. Het was heerlijk om een huis voor onszelf te hebben na een rondreis door Marokko. Bij aankomst maakten we ons een beetje zorgen of het 's nachts wel rustig zou zijn met zoveel dieren om het huis (prachtige pauwen, kippen, ganzen, honden, etc), maar we hebben heerlijk geslapen en het was zo rustig! Het lekkerst geslapen van de hele reis! We hebben zelfs boodschappen gedaan en zelf eten gemaakt. De familie voorzag ons van koffie en zout. En ook wifi werd geregeld zodat we wat communicatie met het volgende onderkomen konden regelen. Volgende dag prachtige wandeling gemaakt door het cederbos en de apen bekeken die langs de weg te zien zijn omdat andere toeristen ze daar voeren... Dank Hamid en familie voor een heerlijk verblijf! En we raden het anderen 100% aan om hier ook te verblijven.

Under the sign, Riad le Petit Ksar, you enter another world. Every detail has been attended with care. The Riad is a fine example of Moroccan artistry. The furnishings, terrace, garden and salons are all beautiful. The beds are comfortable, linens fresh and crisp. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Juliette and her staff are attentive without being overbearing. To us this stay exceeded all expectations.

Je recommande grandement ce magnifique Riad ! Kenza est très aimable, réactive et disponible. Le logement est très beau, propre et fonctionnel. Il est bien placé dans la médina, tout peut se faire à pied. Les 2 terrasses sont également très agréables, avec une magnifique vue sur Fès et ses alentours. La ville est très jolie et propose plein de jolies découvertes. Merci pour ce très beau séjour !

Lubna was an amazing host who put a great deal of care into both the place and her guests' comfort. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very quiet. It truly felt like a home away from home. If you ever need accommodation in Fes and find her place available, don't hesitate to book it. You won't be disappointed.
