Nice host, not able to meet but as per whatever chat I had. Prompt in informing check in/out details and making life easy to find a place. Same as in pics. Staff is really nice and also they served a tasty breakfast. I did not opt for room cleaning during my stay but no doubt it is also good for sure. Swimming pool is maintained but I think they need to make some strict rules for Swim wares as I see many other guests entered with daily wares. Also if they can put some more water toys for kids. Parking is open, outside but adjacent to the building. Locality is good so nothing to worry. As parties are not allowed, I confirm it is good place to have sound sleep. Roads reaching to place are also good and not corrupted. One suggestion: I struggled with hall AC due to power button is located in different room. Just instruct guest about any such specific modifications or put button stickers. Overall it was good decision for my family, except for my pocket due to peak time of Christmas. 😀

We planned for a college friends re-union in Goa. After multiple searches through various Travel Portals we found Marlot Suites through Air BNB. After booking we started interacting with the host. They were very co-oprative and courteous. The property was well maintained with excellent food and very nice staff. I would recommend this property for family and friends group stay.

I was having a nightmare while selecting the rooms but when this stay came up on Air BNB, I booked it without giving a second thought. Reasonable pricing ,cordial hotel staff and good location were icing on the cake. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends if they ever plan to visit Goa.
