The house consists of a kitchen, a large living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

It consists of two separate blocks, one double bedroom and bathroom divided from the main body of the cottage by a few steps and a semi inclosed furnished veranda which incorporates the open plan living room/kitchen and larger bedroom with bathroom. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living room.
