Loved staying here for a quiet getaway with my husband and dog. Such lovely hosts, beautiful and comfy place and just an overall enjoyable stay. Will definitely want to go back again!

Christina’s house was just perfect for our extended stay in South Nicosua. It’s on one level, very spacious, traditional style with a modern twist, great location (as well as our 6 year old daughter we had our : 3 month old son in a pram and needed to get around on foot easily as well as in the car), gated property which felt very secure and private with sun terraces to sit and relax on. Coffee shop, sushi bar and great car hire place literally at the bottom of the road. There was everything in the house we needed for a stay and Christina and Loukia we quick to help with any recommendations etc. Really it ticked all the boxes for our particular stay and was so much better than being in an apartment! Elena was very helpful in a difficult time we were visiting my husband each day in hospital. The house was very comfortable and the beds the same..It was very spacious with a nice feel about it lots of different areas to sit.We had a small problem which was resolved immediately. There was lots of lovely bits left in cupboard from previous guests and a bottle of water in the fridge for us.Take lots of mossie repellent we got badly bitten in the garden lots of bushes and plants and surrounding trees etc.The area was nice to walk with lots of places for coffee a great little park 10 mins walk the museum close by. There is a school behind property which they constantly ringing the bell ! but it didn't really bother us.Lots of places to park and a nice area .Thank you for hosting us in difficult circumstances.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this place! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Our host truly went above and beyond- not only did they help us navigate some local challenges with our dietary restrictions, but they also provided thoughtful extras for our young baby, which made a big difference. The location was ideal, with a large supermarket and several smaller ones nearby, making shopping super convenient. It’s also a 25 minute walk to the border. We especially loved the lemon tree in the garden- fresh lemons for homemade lemonade were such a treat! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, and a washing machine in the place too. Both bedrooms had air conditioning, which kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, the host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful -we truly felt cared for. We recommend this place.

This accommodation is truly amazing for those who rent a car. Otherwise, the public transport is a completely mess and it's difficult to get to city center by bus. The house is very spacious, bright and clean, with all the necessary amenities. There is also a lovely patio that we enjoyed very much. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Ms. Chara and her husband were very friendly and helpful.

John is super welcoming and helpful host. The place we stayed at exceeded our expectations. Will choose John again if we end up in Cyprus in the future.

This stay was perfect for our family! We so enjoyed staying at Christina’s place. Between the toys for our kids, the private nature of the unit, as well as the comfortable amenities, we would gladly recommend this place to anyone else looking to book in greater Nicosia! An added plus is the fact that she does not use any harsh chemicals when cleaning the house.

Super happy with my stay with Suna. Suna is a very nice and helpful lady. She is the best host I have known, she goes a long way to help and makes you feel like you are in your own home. Suna is a solution internal lady and does much more than you would expect from a host. She responded quickly to all of our inquiries. Suna helped me with personal challenges I had due to treatment at the hospital, and even though it's not her job as a host, she went a long way to help me. The place was just as described. It is clean and nice here. The home smelled great and everything was very clean. Suna has high standards for her accommodation. The garden is lovely with lots of good fruit. Suna gave us freshly squeezed juice several times during our stay, both me and the kids really appreciated it. When we arrived at the place, she had already left us a lot of goodies. Boats, drinks, snacks and toys. I will for sure come back here if I'm going to Cyprus again, no doubt. Thanks Suna

If you rent a car, the location of your house is perfect. It was close to the markets.

Beautiful, large and clean place, about 20 minutes' walk from downtown Nicosia. Communication with Tandy was straightforward and very nice. A small shop is just around the corner.

Clean and cozy

Andreas was extremely helpful. Met us when we arrived late and showed us round. Explained early how things worked. Brought extra towels when we requested them. We were very pleased and we will be back.

It was an amazing stay at Maria's place. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a nice and cozy place in a good district.

Excellent flat, had everything needed. Good location in central Nicosia with late opening supermarkets and restaurants close by. Very responsive host. Good to have dedicated parking.

Quiet studio close to the old city, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. I did not have the chance to meet Yiorghos personally, since he was abroad, but we had excellent telephone communication before, during and after the stay (his family is also always there to support). Everything run smooth, the small and clean studio had all that is necessary for a comfortable stay. Thank you, Yiorghos!!

Great stay. Super responsive host. Very spacious apartment, described accurately. We needed to be close to the medical facility close by, and everything worked perfectly.

Stella's accommodation is suitable for even longer stays, you will find everything you need. Stella is a very good host, she fulfill all your wishes. She reply quickly, its makes everything easier.
