Petrothea is a two-storey house of 100sq.m. in the village of Vrisi, Evia, overlooking the beautiful rocks of Koupa/Bougazi and the chapel of Dragonera. It is located in the center of an area with possibilities for many excursions and activities in nature. It consists of 2 bedrooms, an open plan living room-kitchen, 2 bathrooms and terraces. The house is fully equipped, smart TV, WiFi, Pellet stove and air conditioners for the winter, as well as air conditioners for the summer. It comfortably accommodates 6 people.

The guest house is part of our home with a separate entrance in a quiet and green location. It is on 2 floors and consists of a large space with a bedroom and a kitchen, a bathroom, an office, an attic and 2 balconies with wonderful views. We are painters-hagiographers and we love crafts and nature. There are options for the sea within a 20-minute drive. Close to a supermarket, tavernas, and cafés. 300 m away from an intercity bus (KTEL) stop. For longer stays, we change linens and towels and clean at no charge.

On the ground floor there two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a dining room with a TV and a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and one terrace. Upstairs there are one double bed bedroom, one bedroom with two beds, a bathroom, a large living/dining room and a large terrace. Private parking area is available. All the facilities and the entire area are dedicated for use of our quests.

The house is located in a wild fir forest. There is no mobile phone signal except in specific places and at the top of the mountain. It is addressed to people who love nature and the wild. The use of a "high" car or 4x4 is required as the road is quite difficult, especially during the winter months. The use of a fire pit, a wood stove, as well as a gas stove must be among the basic skills of the visitor.

2nd floor apartment in Chania Avlonariou. It consists of the living room, the bedroom, the kitchen, the bathroom and the balcony, from where you can enjoy the view of the village of Avlonari. Within a few meters there are shops such as bakeries, cafes, a pharmacy, a supermarket, etc. Also, beaches such as Kalamos, Korasida, Mourtéri and others are accessible in just 15-20 minutes by car.
