This property was amazing! Michael met us to let us in and give us the keys. He went through details of the home in detail and also provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, etc. We were very comfortable. The furniture and amenities made us feel at home. The most amazing aspect of the home was the huge balcony with view of the entire ocean! I could sit out there for hours! Ein chickes Zimmer mit wirklich allen, was man brauchen könnte - vom Balkon aus ein schöner Blick aufs Meer und den kleinen Hafen, nur wenige Meter zu den nächsten Cafés und Tavernen ... an Strand war alles sehr angenehm, das Dorf dahinter erschien uns weniger "schön", aber die Lage ist gut für tolle Ausflüge an der Südküste und in die Berge.

Our stay here was really good. The host and the family are all kind and ready to help or guide you through kreta. We went in Sep when it was more low season which gave us almost exclusive acces to the pool and the beach house. We had an overall good experience here!

Es war Perfekt. Sehr sehr Freundlicher Gastgeber und ein Super Studio mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Sauber und Gross. Viele Aufmerksamkeiten im Kühlschrank bei unserer Ankunft. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Lage ist Perfekt mit Restaurants und Minimarkt in der nähe. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Schönes Badezimmer. In der Küche hat es alles was man braucht. (Sandwichesmaker,Toster,Wasserkocher,Kochplatte,Filterkaffemaschine) Wir waren zum dritten mal in Stalis. Dieses Zimmer war das beste von allen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und das Meer direkt vor der Terrasse. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren wir in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Unsere Hosts waren sehr hilfreich und haben meiner Oma auch ein Taxi zum Flughafen bestellt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

This is a marvelous, comfortable and clean apartment with everything in working order and matching the posted photos. A very comfortable place to stay. The location is great, in the center of the old city and convenient for supermarket shopping, some fantastic restaurants (several were recommended by the host) and transportation. The area is safe, quiet and charming. The host was very responsive and proactive, and he made check-in and check-out easy. The terrace of the apartment is a real bonus. It's spacious and has a lovely view. One of the best AirBnBs I've stayed in.

Hallo zusammen ich bin Kevin Ich wahr sehr zu Frieden mit der Unterkunft es hat einfach alles gepasst sehr gute Lage unten vor der Tür sind Kiosk da bekommt man fast alles was man braucht 1 Minute bis zum Meer man muss nur über die Straße gehen sehr gute Lage kann die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen und Aliki ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

We loved staying at this place right in the heart of Rethymno. The location was great, close to everything and Marinos was very helpful in recommending restaurants and parking to make our stay easier. We would definitely stay here again.

Schönes Apartment in toller Lage mit großem Balkon (allerdings ohne Sonne). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We really enjoyed our stay. Harry was very responsive and friendly. The house was really nice, just as described, and had everything we needed. The view is beautiful—if you wake up early, you can see the sun rise right in the center of the big window and watch it move all the way up. The location is good. We did hear some highway noise, and there was a friendly group of dogs that barked in the morning. But at least you could pet them they were sweet. The hot tub was nice. Although we didn’t use it as much as we thought we would. It’s on the roof, and since the house has a central spiral staircase, you need to come down it to get back inside. That made it a bit tricky with wet feet and the April nights were a bit too chilly to stay on the roof for too long after the tub. But we really enjoyed using the BBQ. Overall, we had a great time. Harry’s hospitality was top notch.

Highly recommend! A quiet area, close to everything. We stayed here start of October with our 14 yr old and 3 month old son. The apartment looks like the photos, very clean andy tidy. Very comfortable bed, was huge 💛. We had asked for a cot, which was there. The pool was lovely, very refreshing, solar heated. We were the only ones using it, due to out of main season, an unexpected luxury. The beach is a mix of sand and stones, literally just outside the gate. Within 10 mins walk is a supermarket, pharmacies, a patisserie with huge pain au chocolates - highly recommend, they also had pastries (cheese and bacon, mushroom and ham etc). If you walk along the sea front for about 20mins get into Gournes which has several beach bars, and restaurants/ cafes, we went to Taverna ambrosia, very good even had a baby change area (not everywhere has these) and soft play at the back. It’s a 45 min walk to the Creta aquarium, definitely worth a see. Ioannis arranged several taxis for us.

Nikos was an out standing host - the property was second to none - really pleased I stayed - if I ever go back to Crete, I will definitely stay at this property - thanks again Nikos for being so friendly and helpful, bo5h you and your wife - by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in dem Haus. Da es nur 2 Nachbarhäuser gibt, war es immer sehr ruhig und privat. Der Ausblick ist toll und man hat wirklich mehr als genug Platz draußen. Das Haus und der Aussenbereich sind gepflegt und wir haben uns rundum wohl dort gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host lief auch sehr gut ab. Wir haben sehr schnell Antworten und Unterstützung zu unseren Anliegen erhalten. Wir können es definitiv weiter empfehlen!

Wir hatten das große Glück, unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderbaren Apartment auf Kreta verbringen zu dürfen, und es hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von unserem herzlichen Gastgeber Stefanos empfangen, der uns sofort das Gefühl gab, willkommen zu sein. Seine Gastfreundschaft war außergewöhnlich und er stand uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Apartment selbst war modern eingerichtet, mit einer stilvollen und durchdachten Ausstattung. Es war nicht nur äußerst komfortabel, sondern auch sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein echtes Highlight war der wunderschöne Pool und die liebevoll gestaltete Außenanlage. Hier konnten wir die sonnigen Tage in vollen Zügen genießen und vollkommen abschalten. Der Pool war perfekt für eine Erfrischung zwischendurch und bot uns eine herrliche Möglichkeit zur Entspannung. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit und würden wiederkommen.

Olga et sa famille sont des gens d'une très grande gentillesse. L'accueil est exemplaire. Sa maman Helene nous a préparé des spécialités grecques pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. De par ses connaissances nous avons aussi pu assister à des spectacles de danses typiques de la région. Je vous recommande cette destination sans aucun problème. Nous y retournerons nous aussi pour approfondir la découverte de cette ile grecques.

George a été d’une grande aide du début à la fin! C’était beau, propre et bien situé dans le secteur. Toutes les petites attentions, les indications et l’aide de George ont été plus qu’à la hauteur. Un hôte merveilleux, nous le recommandons! Merci 🙏🏼

Wir waren vom 6.10.-12.10. bei Nikos in der Unterkunft. Der Meerblick war toll. Abends haben wir das Meer rauschen gehört. 2 Minuten zum Strand. Das Wasser war klar und angenehme 25°. Am Strand waren nicht viele Leute, eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Insel bietet viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Altstadt von Rethymno ist allein eine Reise wert. Die Preise sind ok. Die Griechen sind nett und gastfreundlich. Nikos war zur Stelle, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Diese Unterkunft können wir empfehlen👍. Wir haben sehr schöne vier Tage hier verbracht. Der Ausblick ist wirklich wunderschön und in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei einem Supermarkt. Vor dem Haus konnte man gut parken.

This place cannot be faulted, excellent host, we wanted for nothing. Great location for centre of town, easy walking distance to amenities, would come back here again without hesitation

this was a fantastic location, while you're in a busy area the apartment is actually peaceful and relaxing, the jacuzzi is perfect, the views from the balcony are unbelievable and it's a great spot for sunbathing, eating, drinking and relaxing. everyone has been super helpful and communicative from the minute we booked, the shop being downstairs means they are there almost 24/7 if you need anything. from this location there's so many things to do, we went on a bus to heraklion and hired a car and highly recommend agios nikolaos but you can really make your trip whatever you want it to be. thanks for a lovely stay!

Das Apartment liegt in einer tollen Lage zwischen zwei sehr schönen Stränden und nicht allzu weit vom Flughafen entfernt oder für andere Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Man kann hier noch den typisch griechischen Charme erleben - in den Tavernen am Meer oder im nahe gelegenen Supermarkt. Das Apartment selbst ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht! Sogar 1 Flasche kalt gestelltes Wasser und die nötigsten Dinge zum Kochen (Öl, Salz, Zucker, Kaffee) sind vorhanden! Dimitris war darüber hinaus sehr freundlich und half bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen mit dem WLAN sofort weiter! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und genossen sehr die Gastfreundschaft! Wir würden immer wieder kommen :)

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, um die Insel zu erkunden, man ist im Zentrum der Insel, sofort auf der Autobahn (Empfehlung: vor Einzug unbedingt rückwärts am Berg anfahren üben!!) und trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Vor allem der kleine Balkon direkt über dem Meer hat es uns angetan, auch wenn er im Sommer vielleicht etwas zu heiß/zu wenig schattig sein könnte. Hier schließt man auch schnell Freundschaft mit den 4 Katzen, die gelegentlich auch den Nachbarshund zur Weißglut treiben. Wer Angst vor Katzen hat, sollte sich bei diesen anhänglichen Exemplaren lieber eine andere Wohnung suchen, Katzenfreunde werden es lieben. Mariannas Mutter ist eine gute Seele, bringt Eier der hauseigenen Hühner sowie frisches Obst und Gemüse vorbei. Alles in allem für uns der perfekte Ort, um die Erkundung der Insel mit Erholung zu kombinieren.
