What a wonderful place for a peaceful few days! The view is breathtaking and the area is just beautiful. The villa is extremely well appointed and has every amenity you could ask for, including a fantastic salt water pool. Hora Sfakion is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk away and has a choice of shops and tavernas all serving great food. My partner and I stayed with our young baby daughter and Alexandra and Lefteris couldn’t have been more helpful setting up a cot and high chair for our arrival.

We were very warmly welcomed. Argiro was always available for questions and responded directly and gave helpful, personal tips. You can tell she lives in the area herself. Very likeable! The place was the cleanest we have had so far. Extremely tidy, you feel right at home. It is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. Location is a little off the beaten path, but shopping is still only 2 minutes away. But we also got maximum privacy and quietness. But you definitely need a rental car. Matala Beach is e.g. 20 min away and a great beach with hippie flair and good food.

You want to have an exceptional time in a quiet place on the ridge. Look no further, this rental is for you. this house is very clean and super well-equipped. Everything is designed to make guests feel at home. We were welcomed by Virginia, Ioannis' partner. She was lovely and even made us a delicious cake. The fridge was full of good things. The terrace was very nice for breakfast and dinner in the evening. We left this dream place with sadness. here, Greek hospitality takes on its full meaning. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The house is truly luxurious, in perfect condition, and tastefully designed with great attention to detail. The layout of the rooms is simply brilliant — spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The heated pool was one of our favorite features — always at the perfect temperature to cool down and unwind at any time of the day. The location couldn’t be better: just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops. A very special thank you to our amazing hosts! They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always just a message away. Every little question or request was answered within minutes — we felt truly taken care of from the very first moment. We can highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect holiday on Crete. We would love to come back anytime! Thank you so much, Eleni&Georgios!

We really enjoyed our stay at Georgios’ place. Communication with him and his wife was very smooth — they responded quickly whenever we had a question and were also very flexible with the check-in. The flat is a dream and waking up every morning to such a beautiful view right by the beach felt like a real fairytale. We truly felt that they cared about us — they kept us informed about important things (like an earthquake) and other helpful updates. We highly recommend the flat and them as hosts. Would definitely love to come back. Thanks for everything!

We traveled with friends and babies (a total of 4 adults and 2 babies (8&10 months old)) to the villa to Savas & Maria and the villa was fantastically beautiful (even more beautiful than in the photos)! For our tour group, the villa was just perfect, we had our peace, could relax and the children had enough space to play on the giant terrace. Savas & Maria kindly provided everything necessary for our kids (crib, baby chairs, a small inflatable pool and plenty of toys). Cleanliness is very important in the villa, the villa was handed over to us in perfect condition! The villa was rounded off in the evening by the overwhelming sunsets! Savas & Maria were extremely communicative, gave us great recommendations and were always available! We would like to express our sincere thanks again for your warmth, hospitality and a fantastic stay! If we come back to Crete, we'll come back to you!
