We needed a place to stay near Umm Qais to avoid driving back and forth from Amman in one day. The Al-Yarmouk Sanctuary was an incredible find! The farm offers stunning views and the warmest welcome from the resident dogs and cats, who showed us much love. Although the unit might not look impressive from the outside, inside it was exactly as described; clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable night's sleep, refreshing morning showers, and a peaceful cup of real American coffee! High recommend!

Thank you Shaher for a wonderful stay at your airbnb! It was my daughter's 13th birthday and she and her friends had such a great time celebrating there! All of the girls absolutely loved the house and all want to return again one day! The pool was really nice and the deck had breathtaking views both during the day and night. Definitely not the fanciest of places, but clean and very private. Perfect for the weekend getaway! When we couldn't figure out how to work the oven and internet, the property manager quickly arrived to assist. He was very kind and essential for making our stay pleasant. He spoke only Arabic, but luckily we had a girl with us who was able to translate. My only recommendation is to provide a written guide for guests explaining how to operate some of the things in the house that are non-explanatory and providing some check-out expectations (where to put linens, if dishes need to be washed, what to clean etc...).

This is not the first and not the last with permission , this place is so wonderful and I experience it is one of the most beautiful experiences of my life , everything in this place is beautiful , the host is very cooperative and he is a person of high moral character.

An absolutely amazing space with awesome views and a great garden to enjoy an evening fire. Kareem gave us advice for great food, recommended a fantastic guide for a hike and was just all round friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time and would definitely come again we loved every moment.

The apartment is very beautiful and Yusuf is an honestly respectable person whose price is more than appropriate in my view

We rented this farmhouse with a pool for our daughter’s 17th birthday. It was the perfect place to celebrate with friend and have a memorable sleepover. The views were incredible. The bathrooms were big and classy. The air conditioning worked well. The beds were comfortable and the design of the interior was classy and modern. The owner was a huge help directly us to his home and the haris was kind as well. The kids did not want to leave and are begging to come back and stay again.

Heaven on earth. Approx. 35 minutes from downtown Amman/1hr from the airport. The winding roadway of the olive grove is punctuated with fruit trees (fig, lemon, almond - even cactus fruit!) so we were out every morning harvesting fruit for our meals and snacks, which the kids loved. The house is roomy and clean overall. We had some difficulty with the AC in one of the bedrooms, but a fan worked well through the evening heat and cool overnight. The kitchen pantry is stocked with basic spices/oils/dry goods: a good-faith replenishment system for guests. Could have used a few more pots and eating spoons, but we made do. There were many other basics (toiletries/toilet paper/paper towels/drinking water) and the bedlinens were clean/beds made when we arrived, which was helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool, puzzles, and cards and the TV has a good selection of shows, though we rarely used it. The groundskeeper was also very helpful when we needed his assistance. Can't wait to go back!

My stay was truly wonderful. The host and his son kindly invited me for breakfast, which was delicious and special. The weather was beautiful, and the garden was stunning with grape, pine, and lemon trees — adding a natural charm and peaceful atmosphere.
