Al-Yarmouk sanctuary

Clean, comfortable, modern and newly built. Breakfast included. Our farm, and sanctuary for blind dogs, is located in a the heart of Yarmouk nature Reserve. People say it is the most beautiful place in Jordan in spring, but really all year long this place is special. 10 min to Umm Qais archaeological site. Hike around the farm or drive 10 min to gain access to the Yarmouk Nature reserve hiking trail network. All proceeds go to support the sanctuary. And yes ... spring here is magical!

The villa is surrounded by 1.5 acres of beautifully planted land, a play-area ideal for children, and enough parking space for around 20 cars.

Great place to spend time with family! The villa has many things to spend quality time with family and friends. Would love to visit again in summer as hot water was over quickly for a group of 12.

The cottage features a distinctive A-frame shape and a vibrant red roof. Large glass windows allow views of the surroundings, while a wooden deck with yellow lighting adds to the inviting exterior. A series of steps lead up to the entrance.

Hussein's little hotel was a very pleasant discovery. It's easy to get to from Amman and perfect for a little weekend away. The huts are newly built, pleasant and clean, a comfortable bed, there is AC and warm water, we slept well and woke up to an amazing view with quiet surroundings. Hussein and his family were so welcoming, we had great homecooked food and really enjoyed our stay over the Eid weekend. The place is so original, the location great, and the hotel is clearly a labour of love for Hussein. We wish you all the best with it! Hopefully more tourists will start visiting Jordan again soon.

Great location with a beautiful view. Steep stairs typical of Al Salt, so be cautious. Easy check-in with a password. Clean room with Wi-Fi, TV, kettle, sofa, two beds, and an extra foldable bed. Clean bathroom and AC. Helpful and proactive host. Good value for money. Recommended!

Un’esperienza unica, immersi nel silenzio della valle del Giordano isolati da tutto e tutti. Direttamente dal nostro terrazzo abbiamo visto uno dei tramonti più emozionanti della Giordania, il sole scende illuminando le terre del confine tra Giordania e Israele lasciandoci senza parole. Casa arredata veramente con gusto, mantenendo però tutta la sua autenticità. Gentilissimi gli host ci hanno preparato una cena deliziosa. Prezzo sicuramente sopra la media dei prezzi giordani (l’abbiamo pagato quasi il triplo rispetto agli altri alloggi, anche in resort 5 stelle) però se si è disposti a pagare il prezzo richiesto è una bella esperienza! Se possibile arrivare in tempo per godere il tramonto da qui!
