The half-timbered house is located on a quiet hillside property in the immediate vicinity and with beautiful views of the old town. It is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. The furnishings are comfortable. Parking spaces are available at the house.

Small apartment in the heart of Bergneustadt

I am happy to provide you with my small, bright apartment, which used to serve me as a small studio. The apartment is located in the middle of Bergneustadt, where you have everything you need nearby. It is about 25 square meters and equipped with a living room, a small shower room and a small kitchenette with fridge, 3 in 1 microwave, sink, coffee maker, kettle, induction stove and dishes.

The beautiful outdoors with great hiking trails surround the detached nature house. A short distance from the house, you will enter the 6th stage of the Bergischer Panoramasteig. A variety of smaller circular and bike paths and the dams of the Bergisches Land invite you to many activities. But you can also enjoy nature experiences or fantastic sunsets from the terrace.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
