Welcome to our charming house! Here you live on 90 sqm with lush garden, spacious glassed-in terrace, as well as barbecue and outdoor furniture for relaxing moments. A perfect place for couples and families with children as well as work travelers. The accommodation is close to the beaches Stafsinge & Skrea (1.5 resp. 3 km) and the city center with cozy shops, restaurants and the outdoor theater Vallarna. ICA and Systembolaget are just a stone's throw away from the house. Gekås Ullared can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Own car parking included.

Enjoy sun, warmth and socializing right by the sea in Falkenberg! In this cottage, you will live comfortably with all the necessities. The cottage is located about 200 meters from the sea. The cottage area offers, among other things, a private sandy beach, playground, large lawns, bocce courts, etc. Biking distance to grocery stores and shopping as well as Skrea Strand. The cottage is in a quiet and good area and only 400 meters to the nice sandy beach in Olofsbo. It is bright and open with living room, kitchen, toilet with shower and two bedrooms. There is a large wooden deck and several patios for both morning sun and evening sun. There is access to both barbecue and two bikes. Walking distance to restaurant, grocery store, pizzeria, pub, campsites and marina. A wonderful place!
