Vaijayanti’s home is straight out of Pinterest! Every corner is thoughtfully designed, blending vibrant charm with clean, modern aesthetics. The attention to detail is impeccable, from the colour schemes and decor accents to the way everything is arranged to feel both luxurious and cozy. The rooms are beautifully done (those turquoise and pastel furnishings are even better in person!) and spotlessly clean. It’s the kind of place where you feel instantly at ease. Vaijayanti herself was an amazing host, super responsive and genuinely warm. She made the entire experience seamless and welcoming. One thing I really appreciated: they’ve thoughtfully designated two balconies for smoking. It keeps the house feeling fresh and clean while still being convenient for those who smoke, such a smart touch that reflects the host’s attention to comfort and cleanliness. Would 100% recommend this stay and would love to return again! <3

Best Place u will find , its even better then the pictures …. Very picturesque and aesthetically designed home Highly recommended! Only cons is that its little remote i.e only attraction around is parra road and u can do nothing much by strolling (lesser food options around all 2-3kms away) Minus this things its the best and go ahead booking it without any second thoughts !

Amazing host, love the place , beautiful locality

Had the most peaceful stay for five days in Nirvana suites! The place was beautiful, and serene. We had little to no problems, even if we did both Mitu and Vishranti (the caretaker) were responsive about the same and resolved it asap. The location of the place was quite near to all the places we had in our itinerary, so that worked out well for us. There are also a bunch of Eateries nearby for a quick snack, if not Instamart and other Delivery options were also available for any necessities. All in all, me and my girlfriends were very happy with the place so much so that out of the five days we spent in Goa, we decided to stay in the bnb to let loose and relax for one whole day. Thank you Mitu for being such a nice and responsive host and constantly checking on us, hoping to be back at one of your properties soon!

We were a group of 5 and we absolutely loved the place, looked exactly like it does in the pictures. The host also suggested places to try nearby. Very close to main places in Vagator and Chapora. Will definitely come back 👌🏻

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped — it features a spacious hall with a TV that supports all major OTT platforms, a cozy bedroom, and a clean bathroom. A cute and cosy space. Compact and had everything required. The only thing that could have been better was a bigger geyser, but all amenities provided as mentioned. A few hiccups in the beginning were quickly solved and we had a peaceful stay.

Having stayed at this apartment complex before we were well aware about the location and all it offers. Close to local markets, bars and cafés, and a short drive from beaches. The stay was great as it offers the right amount of privacy, comfort and safety. Check-in was smooth as it’s self check-in and we were able to enter in without any issue during evening hours. There is decent parking space available in the building and just outside the main gate. The host is very approachable and helped us resolve the few issues we faced during our stay. The house looked just like the pictures, however a few rounds of deep cleaning may serve well as the place is starting to look of age. All in all a very good stay, would recommend it to others as well.

Had an amazing experience at Leen Stays. The apartment was cozy and the location was also nice. The cherry on top is the Jacuzzi in the apartment and the infinity pool on the top of the building. Also, Siddharth is very helpful and always responsive. Highly Recommend.

My stay at Jen's place was amazing. the flat has all the appliances listed and more. It actyslly looks better in real than in the pictures - it's clean, spacious, bright and airy, plus big balcony with the view on the pools. Both, check-in and check-out, went quickly & smoothly, security guys at the gate are friendly and welcoming. The apartments are located off the main road, so it's peaceful and quiet around, but all you need is 5min walk and you're back to vibrant surrounding full of bars, restaurants etc. Beach is 10-15 min walk away. There are also ATM nearby (always useful) and taxi stand in case if you wanna get somewhere farther. But most importantly - Jen is a star! we kept in touch during my stay, she is friendly, was extremely helpful on multiple occasions, her English is top-notch, so the communications was brilliant, and there was never any issues. I highly highly recommend! 👍🙂
