The host is the most friendly and helpful person you can think of. There is no view, but a lovely garden and spacious living-room are worth more. Excellent kitchen, bath and extra toilet. If you want to go to the beach or find a restaurant with normal food, you can do that on fot. A village with all kinds of small shops, restaurants and an ATM is about 1,5 km away. We rented a car for one week of touristing and stayed put without a car for two weeks, and enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing stay worth every penny. This is the best self catering villa I’ve ever stayed in. Raschid the caretaker and Raschida the housekeeper were both wonderful. Raschid can help you with airport pickup and car hire - get in touch with him before booking stuff yourself - he will make your life easier! He lives on site and is always there when you need him but keeps out the way otherwise. The place is spotless and Raschida comes for six hours every day to clean and do laundry - I have four kids and can’t remember the last time I was so relaxed!! The villa is huge - plenty of space for a family of six. The projector room with PS5 and surround sound is amazing. Pool is lovely - it is heated but still a bit chilly! You do need a car to get around although you can walk to shops and a few cafes. Our only complaint was the noise at night from wild dogs barking and howling all night - not the fault of the villa though - we got used to it but if I was coming back I would bring earplugs.

Fabulous accommodation- spacious- everything we needed plus more in apartment. The swimming pool was twice the size of how we thought based on photos. The gardens are beautiful. BBQ area used lots. Easy to get to tourist attractions by very cheap taxis and a 15 minute walk to beach / 10 minute to supermarket. Irene was most welcoming and there if we needed. Will definitely book again and recommend to others.

We stayed at Sophi’s villa for nearly two weeks, and it was more than we ever expected. The house is incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and truly luxurious. Sophi and Mohammed went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable — their warmth and hospitality made all the difference. The location is outstanding, with something for everyone to enjoy. We made wonderful memories here and had such a lovely experience. Highly recommend!

It was an amazing stay at Salah's appartement. The place is clean, modern and well furnished with a great view from the balcony. The host was always responsive. We would definitely stay at Salah's again once in Agadir.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach, and the sea view from the terrace is simply beautiful. The apartment is impeccably clean and has everything you might need for a perfect vacation: a beautiful terrace, beach chairs, and more. Just come with your bags, everything is already there. The owner is extremely friendly and always available for any questions or assistance. We would recommend this place without hesitation for a relaxing stay by the sea!

From the moment we booked, Ibrahim went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and memorable. He personally arranged a reliable taxi for us both to and from the airport, which made arriving and departing stress-free. What truly stood out was how involved and helpful Ibrahim was throughout our stay. He took the time to organize a fantastic quad bike tour. One of our favorite moments was when he took us to a local spot for dinner—a hidden gem with delicious food at incredibly affordable prices. It’s the kind of place you’d never find without a local’s help, and it really added something special to the trip. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, but the warmth and attentiveness of the host made all the difference.

Absolutely fantastic apartment. Amazing roof terrace. Large, spacious, comfortable. Great location - 5 min walk to the beach and Marina and bars cafes restraunts. Another reviewer commented on the smell but there was NO smell at all. For the price I would have expected at least some water in the empty fridge, but Hafid did get us some coffee when we asked. Great wifi, huge TV, comfortable sofa. Very Happy and would come back for sure. Thanks Hafid.

Ismail was very kind and responsive, very flexible and very helpful . He quickly accompanied us and gave us good advice. The accommodation is more than pleasant and very well equipped for families with children. The neighborhood is being restored, which is a plus for the future. The ideal is to have a vehicle to fully enjoy the different activities. Thank you Ismail for this stay and the little gift at the exit! We'll happily return during our future stays in Agadir.

We had a lovely stay at the villa, however I wouldnt recommend staying here unless you are willing to hire a car as it’s very far from everything and definitely not within walking distance to the beach. However the House keeper Keltouma was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us, she was what made our trip amazing and the fresh bread every morning was such a nice touch. I would stay here again but only if we hired a car.

Hakim was easy to communicate with. The place is ideal, just a short walk from the beach. The jacuzzi is a great addition. You have to turn it on 24h before because it takes time to heat up. The whole house is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Great place and we will definitely come again.

We loved our stay! The location is unbeatable—right on Anchor Point, which made surfing super convenient. The rooftop was a highlight, perfect for watching the waves and catching the most incredible sunsets. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need and we slept well at night to the sound of the ocean. Mohamed was a fantastic, responsive host. We’ll definitely be back!
