The house is spacious and airy. Access is easy. We very much like the accommodations. The host was without sympathetic solicitude.

We loved the house, went with a family for a 5-day stay, because it was December, the peak of the summer, we felt a lot of heat, we suggested air conditioning in the rooms, there is a ceiling fan and we took one more, but it was still very hot. We did not know the place, for those who go from Vitória-ES to the site we suggest that you first throw the location of the city center and then the location, the direct path of the GPS leads to a very bad place to pass. The place is very nice and pleasant, we made family photos, there is a waterfall practically in the backyard of the house, to hear the noise of the waters, the pool was scheduled for cleaning, so we had a swimming pool always clean, in addition to the maintenance that was done during the stay.

The house is very well located, with a large balcony facing Pedra Azul (beautiful look), 4 suites, large room, swimming pool, close to local commerce and tourist attractions, with privacy and well-assembled everything for a good stay. The property is full of fruit trees and has a very nearby river, ideal for bathing or fishing. Karol was a lot of requests, always responded very quickly. The parents of Karol (SrJosafá and Dona Lurdes) were very receptive and attentive, indicated many places nearby, accompany us to the still, grotto, trade. We feel very welcome and welcome. The refuge is a wonderful place. The home has a charming old farm style!! The green outdoor area with the lake is spectacular; with mosquitoes but nothing that a good repellent does not solve. The pool is a delight, as is the sauna and spout that makes all the difference. The caretakers on the property are very friendly, as are the host. I highly recommend the stay and my right group there would stay again.

The house is spacious, comfortable. The place is very beautiful and organized. The access is by road (~3 km) but even with a light rain, there was no problem for sedan car access. Celina is very friendly and helpful. We went with 3 dogs and everything went very well, they had a lot of fun.

Beautiful place, spacious, cozy house, with all the necessary items for a good stay! My little boy played on the balcony and backyard, my pets played ball by the pond and we loved walking around the region, seeing cows, ducks, farms, strawberry greenhouse and fish farming.

Wonderful house, with an amazing view, and it's inside a luxury condo! Reserved, quiet, and very beautiful! There's room for kids to play! There were some setbacks that were resolved quickly and clearly by Roberto! That meets super well. Wonderful location to be on the main Route, which is the Lizard Route, and in front of one of the best restaurants in the city the Dondue! I'll be back for sure!

Carminha is a lovely person and welcomed us with open arms. He always took too fast for whats and personally helped us get in and accommodate. The place is simple and made us feel right at home, very clean and organized, consistent with the description and the photos. The location is good, right near the entrance to the Pedra Azul park, restaurants and market. Just be careful when getting your car into the garage, it's good to talk to Carminha first and get tips on how to park, as it's on a slope and some cars may have some difficulty. But if you want to stop on the street, it's also super quiet. It's well worth staying there, the cost benefit is great. When we get back, we'll definitely stay there again.

The stay was so amazing that it's hard to describe. Leo was extremely nice and attentive to our family and friends, very helpful! The property is not even talked about, the photos do not do justice to the beauty of the place, the contact with nature, fresh air, animals... everything is too beautiful. We can clearly see how everything is well maintained, very clean, well organized and with all the necessary amenities. This was the most complete Airbnb we have ever stayed in in terms of kitchen utensils, we had everything we needed to make our meals and enjoy the place! We will certainly come back more often!
