Pls note that from January 2025 there is an additional government tax fee of €8 per night of stay which is charged separately and paid in cash upon arrival. The room & bathroom are pretty small and there is no shower cabin, however it’s super cozy. In Kioni, the most beautiful village of Ithaca, the country of Ulysses, we created a traditional place for quiet and interesting holidays. The spacious Ithaca Studio is on the ground floor and appropriate for a family of 4-5 people. It is very functional, containing several old, traditional objects that add to its' aesthetics. The location of the Studio and its' elevated yard is unique and guarantees a wonderful view, as it overlooks the whole Kioni village and its' picturesque bay.

Nice little apartment in the outskirts of patra. You have to get used to the combination of shower/toiled but neverming at least you have your own cabin to yourself. For that money I actually expected less but i was positively surprised. Also got a balcony. 10/10 would go to there against the

Beautiful place within 10 minutes walk from the center of Kalavryta. The room was spacious and warm and had all the necessities as well as enough breakfast. Very good choice especially if you don't want to be in the center where it was too crowded due to the holidays. The host was informative and saved us and several suggestions for things to do in the area.

Very good place with very nice view, clean, tidy, free basic amenities and 24-hour access/security and parking spot right outside. Also very close to the hospital where it was and the place that mainly interested me. I'll go for it again if I find myself for the same reason or other reason.

Very pleasant accommodation in the heart of Vassiliky beach, just a few steps from tye beach, restaurants, bars, sea promenade and a lot of leisure activities! The host and staff are very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay there again. Recommended!
