A wonderful place in Spetses, close to the beach, close to town and restaurants and a bakery. The house is spotless, comfortable and well appointed, with a beautiful garden and balcony up top. Sophie is a gracious host who gave plenty of information about the house as well as about Spetses. Thank you for a great stay!

We spent a wonderful week in the apartment. It is a wonderful and quiet place, the owners thought of everything down to the smallest detail, were always in touch and left their useful recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which were very useful to us. The house is perfectly clean, there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need - you can cook freely. There is also a cozy private terrace. The instructions for check-in are clear. For us, the availability of parking was a big plus. Nearby you can find many restaurants, a beautiful beach.

We had a great stay with our baby. Yiannis is a great host and welcomed us directly at the harbour despite the ferry being late. He also gave us great recommendations for the region. If we were travelling to Ios again, we would book here again. Thank you for everything.

Everything perfect, great location, Lena and Mick were very very friendly and helpful. They were always there for us at all times. They have very sweet and quiet animals (dogs Harry and Raffa) 2 cats. We immediately felt at home. The pool was always clean and usable at all times. The little house was big enough and you had enough space, everything sufficiently available. We have been vacationing in this corner for 24 years, we will definitely be happy to come back here.

This lovely house is a dream come true! Family members stayed here for one week while we stayed at the owner’s other property, close by. The combination of the two was a perfect match for all, giving us the luxury of proximity and complete independence. Both houses are so well appointed. Little Anafartalar village where the house is located is a lovely and beautiful village. The village people are very welcoming and friendly. The 24-hour village grocery store was very good. The host, Ms. Müge, was helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The house is a very nice, warm home. Overall the house was very clean, especially the bathrooms. The location of the house is very close to the places to visit on the Gallipoli Peninsula. Overall we were satisfied with our four night stay and can recommend it to everyone.

We had a fantastic extended holiday weekend at Eleni’s place with family and friends. Communication was smooth and clear from the start — we received detailed check-in instructions with text and photos, plus helpful directions for both free and paid parking options. We were pleasantly surprised to always find free parking right in front of the building. The location is excellent — quiet, yet close to everything. The apartment was exactly as described and looked just like the photos: clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We loved being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Elena as a host!

Great apartment in a quiet area, but a minute's walk from the sea and an area with many bars overlooking the sea. 10 minutes from the old town. Apartment with small terrace with excellent sea view (2 chairs and coffee table), pleasant especially at night and in the morning. Another very large covered terrace with a tent, which is also equipped with a barbecue. The apartment looks good with all comforts. Practical and pleasant stay. Host punctual in responses and suggestions. Very appreciated. Car parking available on the neighboring streets but always a maximum of 2 minutes from the apartment. We 4 of us (two adults and two children) had a great time taking advantage of the large space available.

Very easy access to shops and dinning. You can walk to almost anywhere. Very compact design but perfect people that travel light.

In the equipped, spacious and bright apartment that George made available to us, we had a great time. By car 5 minutes to Charaki beach which with its castle was our favorite place during our stay. From this location you can easily reach the other points of the island. A special thanks to Manuel, a great professional collaborator of George, always attentive to the needs of the guests.

It's my first time to rent a great place like that beautiful studio in Kapsilli . Very easy arrival from the Airport of Athens , then , woooow , what a clean and classy studio with a very competitive price . When I called Maria , just to thanks her for the instructions she sent me to check in , then she explained to me everything about the area as it exactly .. Big stores just minutes , all types of buses to get for anyplace to visit in Athens. As I'm a one of the Greece lovers , I probably will reserve it again for my next trips to Athens as its very close to all the places that I really want to visit . Maria is a great person to know , very helpful , big smile as most of the Greek people whom I really loved since long time ago when I arrived to Athens first time before 2000 , and , I still in love with Greece just today 😍 💙 💕

Margarita's apartments are located in a peaceful part of Kolympia. They are private and have everything you need for your stay. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had air-con in both the bedrooms. The kitchen has a fridge, mini oven, kettle and coffee maker. You are within walking distance of the centre of Kolympia and it's beaches (45mins walk), a supermarket, bus stop and family restaurants 5 mins walk away. We loved our week here and would not hesitate to return. Thank you to Margarita for being an excellent host, providing recommendations and always responding to messages.

George and his team were very responsive! During check in, we got greeted and answered our questions. This place was less than 10 mins away from the center of Naousa, bakery near by and bus station too! We had a late departure on our checkout day and they allowed us to leave our luggages behind while we waited. The housekeeper, Vanna, was amazingly sweet! One thing I would say is the bathroom was not draining properly, which made an inconvenience while showering. But once this is 100% fixed, it would be the perfect place to stay.

Everything was very nice. Ms. Rabia and her esteemed wife were very interested in us. Everything is spotless, exactly what you see in the photo. You can go without a doubt.

The place was better than described! Literally the best views we’ve ever experienced in a Greek island! Super kind and responsive hosts! Cannot recommend this place enough! We’re looking forward to visit again soon :)

Marianna's place felt like home. Me and my family were looking through reviews, and after our stay we can guarantee it is way better in person. Marianna was always available, great communication. Staying at Marianna's felt like being home. There is a parking garage in the building. We got a card, which allowed us to go in and out of the garage when we wanted. In walking distance, right across the main street, there are tons of restaurants with great food. 100% recommended. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent - the hosts, accommodation and location, all excellent. Sia, communicated at time of booking and before we set off and provided instructions along with a map to easily locate the apartment. She met us on arrival and talked us through the accommodation and provided a local map with suggestions on. Sia also provided a lovely welcome pack that included something for breakfast. Sia and her husband were available to assist if required. The accommodation was very clean and as per the details and photo's. It's location is in a quiet area and with a good view of the bay\sea towards Chania in the distance and the mountains. Golden Beach, Yannis Beach and good restaurants are within a 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment. Regular buses to & from Chania, which takes about 15-20 minutes. Well worth a stay at this location.
