Sehr schöne Villa, Tirana mit Auto schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Freundliche Gastgeberin, welche immer erreichbar ist. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. die Lage ist traumhaf. sehr ruhig und man kann direkt von der Villa ins Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. die Küche im Haus und auch die Aussenküche waren top ausgerüstet und hatten alles, was man braucht. der Grill und der Pizzaofen fanden wir super. das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen. Restaurants hat es keine in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber genügend vorhanden und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. das Haus ist perfekt für erholsame Ferien.

Really enjoyed staying at Stefano‘s stylish villa in the middle of an olive plantation. So peaceful and perfect to relax with the beautiful pool to refresh and a brand new kitchen to cook meals from fresh local ingredients. There really wasn’t anything we’d missed and we can fully recommend this place.

Wir durften einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und man kann in dem riesigen Garten und dem schönen Pool richtig Entspannen. Man erreicht viele wunderschöne Buchten zu Fuß. Auch Kamenjak erreicht man sehr gut Fuß. Pula sowie Medulin sind ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt und somit auch spontan sehr schnell erreichbar. Goran war wirklich jederzeit Erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Alles lief total unkompliziert und wir hatten das Gefühl, dass man alles tut um uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten - das wurde definitiv geschafft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder

A very peaceful location, which is just what we wanted. Inland but with lovely views and only 15 minutes drive from the nearest beaches. The pool is great, surrounded by trees so there's some shade if required. The Villa is a little dated in its presentation compared to modern standards, but there's plenty of space and comfy chairs to sit in. I didn't realise there would be air conditioning available, but what a godsend - it was really hot while we were here, so it was a relief to sit indoors and cool down! Its a great place to stay, I would come again.

Die Unterkunft von Adrian war sehr schön und groß. Wir waren 12 Personen und hatten genug Platz. Wir waren einige Stunden zu früh dort und durften trotzdem schonmal unsere Koffer unterstellen während Adrian das Haus geputzt hat. Das Haus liegt zwar nicht genau in der Stadt aber dafür in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Fußläufig konnte man einige Restaurants erreichen und mit dem Uber/Auto konnte man innerhalb weniger Minuten den nahegelegenen Strand oder die Innenstadt erreichen. Adrian war ein sehr netter Gastgeber, er war immer sofort erreichbar und hat uns verschiedene Aktivitäten/Restaurants empfohlen. Sehr empfehlenswert!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We loved this Tuscan paradise! Perfect location to get to Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, etc very easily (within 30 mins). A beautiful private and quiet retreat in the heart of southern Tuscany. The villa itself is stunning with a true antique and lived-in feel. The grounds were gorgeous and provided a new spot for us to enjoy our morning tea and coffee each day. The pool is only cleaned once in two weeks, but luckily the maintenance crew were scheduled for the 2nd day of our arrival. Walking around the olive groves and hillside were a treat! A deeper cleaning of the house and cobwebs would be appreciated, but it is a large country villa and we know that can be hard. Important thing to note, there are two ACs, one in the master bedroom and one in the bedroom with two single beds. We were there in September and the weather was extremely pleasant so we did not need more than this.

Als wir ankamen hat das Navi uns erst in eine andere Straße lotsen wollen aber wir haben es dann doch relativ schnell gefunden. Als wir ankamen ist ein junger Mann sofort zu uns gestoßen und hat uns alles erklärt und die Unterkunft gezeigt. Seine Mutter hat uns sofort mit kalten Getränken versorgt u. die Familie war wirklich super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie wohnten in dem kleinen Häuschen das sich genau auf dem Weg zum Privatstrand befindet. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Ausblick ein Traum. Die Appartements haben alles was man braucht zum Leben und in der Nähe der Villa gibt es genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants mit gutem Essen.Der privat Strand war wunderschön und wir durften sogar Masken und Paddelboot ausleihen zum schwimmen.Egal was wir gebraucht haben,die Familie war immer da. Auch der Pool war schön groß und sauber. Den Flughafen in der Nähe hat man nicht wirklich gehört aber es war beeindruckend die Flieger starten zu sehen. Vielen Dank für alles

Evimizi book ettigimiz andan itibaren Milos her konuda son derece ilgili ve yardımcıydı.Arac kiralama, havalimanından transferimiz, eve girişimiz, girdigimizde ev ile ilgili sorularımızın hepsine cok hızlı yanıt verdi.Kendisinden cok memun kaldıgımızı en başta belirtmek isterim.Eve gelince, biz sadece 5 buyuk 2 çocuk seyahat ettik, cocuklardan ötürü korumalı bir ev istedigimizden bu yer bize cok uygundu.Diğer yandan bizler de kendimize buyuk ve rahat bir yer istemiştik.Evin karşısında otoparkı mevcuttu.Old City e arac ile sadece 5 dk da ulaşabiliyorsunuz.Evin konumu çok iyi, Kotor da kalabileceğiniz hem merkeze yakın, hem kalabalıktan uzak bir yer.Evin terası ve manzarası inanılmaz güzel.Kalabalık grupların rahatça konaklama yapabilecekleri çok keyifli ve rahat bir mekan, herkese tavsiye ederim.

Sehr zufrieden! Gute und angenehme kommunikation. Der Whirlpool war größer als gedacht. Am Anfang ein paar Handtücher ect. fehlten, hat uns Marijana allen eine Pizza ausgegeben:)

Värden Nevena har erbjudit och tillhandahållit ett förstklassigt boende. Utöver det har servicegraden varit riktigt hög. Mycket lätt att kommunicera med och otroligt snabb i återkoppling, dessutom genuint omtänksam. Har gett trevliga och genuina tips och varit tillgänglig och hjälpsam. Rekommenderar starkt andra att hyra detta boende!

Everything about this property is FIRST CLASS - the hosts Boris & Katija have built an amazing place for your Dubrovnik holiday. We were a group of 8 adults and were amazed at how huge the property was, the amenities it had (a sparkling infinity pool, steam, sauna, a well appointed kitchen - you name it). But most importantly the hosts themselves were wonderful - they helped us out in every way possible with the transfers to/from Dubrovnik airport & the daily visits to the Old town. They recommended us a nice speed boat for a full day trip to all the surrounding islands. If you do end up staying here do not miss the almost private beach at your disposal All in all it was an amazing 3 night stay for us all & I am sure we will be coming back here & recommending it to our friends to try it out. Thanks Boris & Katija !!!

If air bnb has not made this host a super host already, then they should! Our host was super responsive, extremely helpful, and this villa is gorgeous. We absolutely loved our stay here and spent our entire time in the pool courtyard area having a bbq dinner and enjoying the view. Personal recommendation from us would be to hire a car, so you can drive to and from town / bottom of the hill to access the shops etc. Thank you again for having us!

Wir haben die Zeit in Villa Lucella sehr genossen. Wir waren 9 Personen, wobei die Villa auch entspannt Platz für 10-15 Leute bietet. Die Unterkunft mit allen Ausstattungsmerkmalen entsprach 1:1 der Erwartung und den Bildern. Alles war sehr sauber und modern. Eltern des Vermieters wohnen nebenan, was wir eher positiv und unkompliziert wahrgenommen haben. Besonders gefallen haben uns die tollen Sportanlagen (Beachvolleyball, Tennis inkl. Flutlicht), die wir intnsiv genutzt haben sowie Pool, Sauna und Jacuzzi. Positiv überrascht hat uns auch, dass es zu jedem Zimmer ein eigenes Bad gab. Einzig negative Kritik ist der wiederholte Geruch nach Rauch/Qualm in einem der Badezimmer in Verbindung mit dem Grillen (kam über die Lüftung). Alles in allem hatten wir eine großartige und unkomplizierte Woche und kommen gerne wieder.

Diese Unterkunft ist von der Lage und dem Ausblick etwas ganz Besonderes! Ich konnte gar nicht aufhören auf das Meer zu blicken, Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse zu genießen. Christina kam 5x/ Woche um zu reinigen, damit hatten wir gar nicht gerechnet. Sie und auch Panos, der Poolmanager, waren sehr freundlich und gaben uns Tipps für die Umgebung. Auch Marc war vorher erreichbar und sehr freundlich in der Kommunikation. Das kleine Häuschen liegt am Hang und ist vom Parkplatz aus über Treppen nach oben erreichbar. Es ist klein, aber fein. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Die Sitzecke (Sofa) könnte größer sein, wenn das Wetter mal nicht so gut ist, ist nur für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Wir waren zu viert als Familie dort, aber auch das war ok! Die 2 Schlafzimmer hatten jeweils ein kleines Bad. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben die wunderschöne Lage sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Ort!

Boravak u kući je bio ugodan i opuštajuć. Kuća je uživo ista kao na slikama te ima sve što je potrebno. Sve je bilo besprijekorno uredno i čisto te su kuhinje i kupaonice bile opskrbljene svime što nam je zatrebalo. Sauna i jacuzzi savršeno rade i poseban je gušt što su okruženi isključivo borovima i prirodom. Kuća se nalazi na osami te je idealna za odmak od svega i opuštanje. Domaćica Dora bila nam je cijelo vrijeme na raspolaganju te nam je puno pomogla sa savjetima kojim putem ići i gdje naručiti hranu. Jedini detalj koji bih napomenula jest da je zbog radova zadnjih 200 metara ceste koja vodi do kuće blatno i nije asfaltirano pa treba opreznije i sporije voziti. Hvala Dori, uživali smo!

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Split, then I highly encourage this bijou villa in Klis. Beautifully decorated, high quality linen, exceptional views across Split. The main house is ideal for a couple plus two children sharing a room, the second tiny ‘honeymoon villa’ is just across the path was perfect for our teenager so she could have her own space (and own WiFi). Parking close to the villa wasn’t easy with very narrow roads (get a small car) but providing you are able bodied the short 2 minute uphill walk is totally doable. Bruna the host was extremely responsive and we met the helpful home owner too when he came to clean the pool and replace gas bottle. We also had a nice surprise of a mid holiday cleaner who changed the beds, towels and emptied bins. WiFi doesn’t extend to pool area or upstairs bedrooms but is a good strength downstairs and in the ‘honeymoon villa’. Fabulous experience, would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay here. I don’t even know where to begin because everything was fabulous. We had the best time and we already want to come back! The setting is stunning, the house is pristine, and the location is great. You are removed from the towns but it’s well located and you can do a lot of day trips to other towns and beaches. Check in was great and we communicated with Giulio for everything and he was very responsive. I’

Great villa, clean modern and a decent pool. The rooms were perfect and the bathrooms were great. The views are spectacular and the villa is right above the beach. Pisak is a beautiful little town, it has a grocery store, a greengrocers, a bakers and a few restaurants. It is also built on the side of a hill so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The sea is so clear and the beach is a typical Croatian beach, small pebbles. I recommend buying the beach shoes they sell in the shop on the beach front. Omis is a 20 minute Uber ride and worth a visit, also Split is great, but gets very busy. Croatia is a beautiful country and the people are so kind and helpful. Also if you like Roman history Croatia is full of it. Also the Pizza's are amazing.

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

We had a very nice time in the villa, unfortunately only 4 days. We certainly could have stayed longer. The host Toni, had good and clear contact in advance. Andrea gave us a warm welcome and we were able to contact her for everything during the rest of our stay. She is a warm, sweet, enthusiastic and caring lady. Contact with Andrea also runs very quickly and smoothly. We have nothing to complain about the villa itself. It is nice and clean both inside and outside. The pool is lovely, and also bright and clean. You are provided with everything in the villa. You don't have to leave and you can have a great time. You really won't be short of anything. The location is quiet, but within a 15/30 minute drive you will also come across nice villages/shops. A car would be useful. Thanks again Toni and Andrea for the hospitality, we will definitely come back.

Super Villa, Super Woche! Wir waren 1 Woche in der Villa Dabo und hatten und extra für die etwas entferntere Lage zur nächsten Stadt entschieden. Sehr privat alles, man kann auch mal lauter sein ohne wen zu stören. In direkter nähe sind 2 kleine Strände zu Fuß zu erreichen, an denen auch nicht viel los war (Mitte - Ende September). 2x pro Woche wird der Pool gereinigt. Das Haus selbst war sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, das man braucht. Definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Die Villa Grgo ist ein sehr schönes Anwesen und entspricht der Beschreibung und Fotos. Die Lage ist ein wenig abseits, man erreicht mit dem Auto Supermärkte, Restaurants, Städte und Strände aber in kürzester Zeit. Die Ausstattung ist neu und gehoben. Pool wurde auch zur Hälfte unseres Aufenthalts gereinigt, Whirlpool und Sauna haben wir auch regelmäßig genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war auch super, hilfreich und schnell. Auf Nachfrage konnten wir auch früher einchecken. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Istrien.

Edi was nice and helpful guy, he answered fast and kindly to our messages. The house is located in a quiet and cozy place in the village of mravince. From the house it is a short distance to a shop and a restaurant. The balconies had wonderful views of the mountains and the city. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were our favorite places during the holiday, the water was clean and suitably warm. Our holiday was nice and memorable, thank you Edi.
