Charming and Authentic Stay in the Heart of Monti Teresa’s place was absolutely charming and beautiful. She was kind, helpful, and very responsive throughout our stay. The location is incredible — right in the heart of Monti — central and full of character, yet peaceful, overlooking a picturesque Italian courtyard. The apartment itself is authentic and very clean. One thing to note is that there isn’t a dedicated living room or communal area to relax. There’s a small kitchen with a little table and a corridor with two cozy window seats, but we did miss having a more spacious lounging area. There was a slight smell coming from the bathroom pipes, but it seemed more like a general city issue rather than something specific to the apartment. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it — just keep in mind the layout if you’re hoping for a common area to hang out.

I’m so grateful for the experiences Stefano organized for our family. The air bnb was very comfortable and even better in person! We were able to balance exploring and relaxing together as a family. We will never forget our stay! In my opinion, it was the perfect location for exploring all parts of Capri and very close to transport for exploring Anacapri. If you are considering booking this property, do it!

This apartment was really great, good location, beach is close by and a number of restaurants and places to drink coffee nearby or in walking distance. City of Rab is 30min away on foot, or you can take a taxi boat. Apartment was clean, had everything we needed, nice balcony. The only minor bad thing is that some kitchem supplies were missing but we managed. Zdenka and her daughter helped us with anything we needed during the stay. Recommended!

Séjour incroyable, nous avons regretté d’être rester si peu de temps… Alex et son équipe sont des personnes serviables, agréables et bienveillante, le logement est juste sublime, un petit havre de paix, tout est mis à disposition pour profiter un maximum de ce lieu unique (serviettes, matelas, chaises longues…) notre chambre était propre et isolée. Nous recommandons ce logement a 1000%.

Location was great - just above the main harbour. Loved the balcony and the view. Place was cosy. Checking in and out was very convenient. The owner very kindly picked us up from the bus stop and sent us back when we checked out. Communications was very easy as Julia was responsive.

Such a great apartment and experience. Very clean, comfortable and easy. My friends and I stayed there for 5 days and we had such a lovely time. Everything was so luxurious, it felt like we were in a five star hotel. The host (Dario) was very friendly and welcoming and if I had any questions he would answer right away and always with helpful information. Definitely recommend, a 10/10 experience.

Das Apartment bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht und ist perfekt gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, der Parkplatz in kurzer Distanz. Marko und die Familie sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im nahen Umkreis befinden sich alle nötigen Geschäfte und alles ist fussläufig erreichbar.

Can't express the level of service provided by Aurel during my 3 month stay in Albania. He was always responsive, willing to help and there for anything I needed. His properties are well maintained, clean and in great locations. Be sure to lean on him for local recommendations! I won't even look for another apartment when i return to Albania, I will be contacting Aurel directly.

Even if we arrived at 01:00, Natasha helped us, answered all questions. The location of the place is very good. The room was clean enough.

First time to Rome. My wife and I traveled and stayed here with another couple. The bedrooms were comfortable and there was ample space to hang out in between touring the city. There was no promise of early check in but I was delighted when we were to get in a few hours earlier than advertised! We were exhausted from overnight travel…. If/when we return to Rome, this is where we will stay. Don’t overthink your lodging, book this place!

Amer’s place is incredibly spacious and clean. It may be hard to access for those with big luggages or of a certain age, but everything worked out well for us. It is fully equipped and comfortable. Amer is incredibly helpful too

This was the perfect place to stay after a long week’s walking. I was able to launder all my clothes, walk to old Bari, do some essential shopping, and sit on the balcony in the sun with some of the excellent coffee. I had a great night’s sleep before a very early start from the station the following morning. I wanted some instructions to the machines with which I was unfamiliar, and Vincenzo supplied these immediately on request. It was a great place to stay and the only issue was the final exit of the building on the last morning, as the automatic release of the front door of the whole building was temporarily out of order. It was impossible to leave the building without a key – but the key had had to be left in the apartment. This was not Vincenzo‘s problem and luckily another resident in the building came down to help, and I caught my train on time.

The place has everything you could need. It was very comfortable and there are 3 big supermarkets near by. It's also very close to the beach. The wifi is fast and reliable. There is a washing machine and a drier. The kitchen is well equipped. The only thing that we didn't like is that the walls are very thin and you could here people in their apartments at night (and they could hear us). But everything else was good! Marina is also lovely and very helpful.

Spędziliśmy przyjemny czas w Budvie, apartament był idealny, gospodarz bardzo sympatyczny. Mieszkanie czyste oraz zadbane z zapewnionym miejscem parkingowym na którym nam zależało. Było to idealne zakwaterowanie. Z chęcią wrócimy w przyszłości :)

A taxi to and from the airport is about 15 to 20 euros, depending who you get. Its about a 20 to 30 minute walk by the river into the center of town. Its a safe area with bakeries, and food markets near by. The closest vegan restaurant is a 35 minute walk away. The unit is well insulated for heat. Sofa bed was comfortable. Wifi was good and the shower water was warm. They could use a proper rack to dry dishes, however. Overall, a great spot. Recommended.

El alojamiento es tal cual se ve en la foto, es sencillo pero es muy cómodo, tiene una ubicación bastante central, íbamos caminando a todas partes, la llegada es muy fácil y las instrucciones por parte del anfitrión muy claras, volvería a este lugar !!

The apartment was spacious, bright and incredibly clean, with a very well stocked kitchen. We found cooking super easy due to the great pots and pans supplied. The apartment is about a 20 minute walk into the city centre and has great bus connections to local beaches. It’s also next to a lovely bakery which is open 24/7. Martina and Karman were incredibly friendly and responsive to messages. Check in was flexible and they let us check in 2 hours early. The only slight issue is that the apartment is next to a busy road and so the bedrooms can be a little noisy, but not to the point where it is a real problem. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

We stayed at this place for roughly 2 months and everything was good. All host were extremely nice and helpful, helped us to check in when both of us tried to open wrong lockbox 🥲 Place is nice, don’t remember having any difficulties with anything tbh. Really liked neighbourhood, so chill and quiet. Also we stayed here with cats and had no problems with that as well.

Wir waren für 10 Nächte in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Predrag und seine Familie, Eltern und Schwester, sind unglaublich sympathisch und sehr hilfsbereit. Predrag war für uns immer erreichbar. Er hatte super Tipps für Ausflüge und auch für tolle Restaurants für uns. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Sie ist genau wie beschrieben. Man hat alles was man braucht. Außerdem war sie sehr sauber. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Blick nach draußen. Einfach nur wunderschön. Der Blick aufs Meer ist unglaublich. Und auch der Garten ist liebevoll, und wunderschön gestaltet. Wir hatten bewusst kein Auto. Es macht Spaß, und ist spannend mit dem Bus unterwegs zu sein. So lernt man Land und Leute noch besser kennen. Wir würden 10 Sterne vergeben, wenn es möglich wäre. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir wären gerne noch viel, viel länger geblieben.
