Vacation rentals with a pool in Adriatic Sea

We really liked atmosphere of the place. Felt very comfortable there and felt welcomed by very nice owner.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Barbara. Wir durften selbst einchecken und sie hat uns ein paar Minuten später persönlich empfangen und ein paar Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und schönen Orten gegeben. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Strand darf von allen Urlaubern genutzt werden die auf dem Grundstück wohnen ( 3 weitere Parteien) aber wir haben unsere Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht. Diese hat ca bis 14 Uhr Schatten und perfekt ist und danach wird ein kleiner Teil durch ein Sonnensegel beschattet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Es ist alles sauber und genau so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und beschrieben ist. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, tolle Strände und Restaurants sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Das Highlight ist natürlich der wunderschöne Außenbereich, die Zeit dort haben wir sehr genossen. Milan ist ein super netter Gastgeber, bereits vor Anreise hatten wir Kontakt und wurden herzlich vor Ort empfangen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub! :)

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

Ivan gibt einem das Gefühl, zuhause zu sein. Der Check-In mit ihm war äußerst angenehm da er multilingual agiert [kroatisch, englisch, deutsch] Es waren alle nötigen Hilfsmittel vorhanden und vieles mehr (Kaffeemaschine, Föhn, Netflixzugang, Poolzubehör). Sämtliche Fragen die wir hatten, wurden über Airbnb innerhalb 20 Minuten beantwortet [zb Einkaufsmöglichkeiten] Der komplette Urlaub wurde auf besondere Art abgerundet angefangen bei Der Begrüßungs-Vesperplatte bis hin zu selbstgemachtem Apfelstrudel seiner Frau. Auch zum Abschluss gab es ein tolles Amusement. Wir werden definitv wiederkommen. Als Gäste gekommen, als Freunde gegangen. Wir haben selten so einen aufmerksamen Gastgeber getroffen. Serdecznie polecam pobyt w tym miejscu. Dom świetnie wyposażony, a Sanja jest świetnym gospodarzem, bardzo komunikatywna, szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, chętnie pomaga, gdy pojawi się problem.

Das Haus und das Grundstück waren traumhaft. Wir waren als Familie mit sechs Personen da. Es gibt zwei getrennte Häuser. In einem haben wir Eltern geschlafen, in dem anderen unsere Kinder. Es gibt eine Boccia-Bahn mit Beleuchtung, so dass man auch spielen kann wenn es dunkel ist. Der Pool ist super und groß. Man ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß am Meer und hat zwei Möglichkeiten: einmal zum kleinen Hafen des Ortes und auf der anderen Seite in eine Bucht. Auf beiden Seiten sind schöne Badestellen zu finden. Marjan ist ein super netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns mit allen möglichen Tipps geholfen und auf Nachrichten immer sofort reagiert. Vielen Dank dafür! Sehr empfehlenswert.

This is a really beautiful, cosy house in Sutivan. Wonderful location on a quiet street close to the beach, cafes, etc. only 5 mins walk. Really high quality interior and great space. Sleeps 6 easily, we were 4 so perfect since for us. As others have noted, 3rd bedroom is accessible through another, and is a kind of loft room. The pool was super, kids loved it so much was hard to get them to the beach! Also hot tub a bonus on the day it was chilly. 100 % recommend. Would love to stay again if we came back to Brac.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Carine war immer sehr aufmerksam und hat sich umgehend z.B. um eine kleine Erweiterung der Küchenutensilien gekümmert – wir kochen gerne und gehen nicht nur essen – und sogar einen Toaster von abends auf morgens vor die Tür gestellt. Der Pool ist groß und hat einen tollen infinity-Blick auf die Bucht. Der Flughafen Tivat ist im Blickfeld, man kann die startenden und landenden Fliugzeuge beobachten. Für uns gab es keine störenden Geräusche durch den Flughafen, nachts ist Ruhe. In unmittelbarer Umgebung hat die neue Gondelbahn auf den Lovcen Nationalpark eröffnet. Man kommt in 11 Minuten von 0 auf 1750 m üNN, das ist toll – insbesondere wenn man die engen (!!) 25 Serpentinen nicht mit dem Auto erfahren will. Kotor ist durch den Tunnel in 10 Minuten erreichbar und wenn Tivat nicht im Stau ersticken würde (im August), könnte man in wenigen MInuten am Hafen sein. Strand und Meer sind gut erreichbar, mit dem Auto, sie sind aber durchaus gut besucht... im August. Wir waren gerne dort!

Irena is a fantastic host and incredibly communicative. The view is stunning from the property and Irena gave us so much information, it was fantastic. Would happily use her again.

We have just returned from a one week stay at Dijana & Malden’s apartment and we are already missing the beautiful view from their balcony. Everything is as shown in the pictures, and it’s beautifully furnished with a lot of attention to detail. We had good communication before and during our stay with clear instructions for arrival and good recommendations for restaurants ( most of which we tried!) It’s a short walk down to a beautiful promenade by the bay and the views are simply stunning. Keep walking right and you come to a lovely harbour where there has been a lot of investment. We hired a car to explore the area..(it’s a 20 min drive from the airport via the ferry that runs non stop at 4 euros). Drive the long way to Kotor with a trip to Perast both of which shouldn’t be missed. You can walk up to the top of the mountain at Kotor and have a birds eye view of the bay! A trip to Tivat is also worth it with some amazing super yachts. A great stay and we’d love to come back soon!

Fantastic view from the balcony - better than watching TV! Lovely swimming pool. A steep walk from the beach - but so is everywhere near here!. A great location in a lovely authentic village - all amenties nearby. I'd recommend the local fish restaurant too!!

The property was better than the description and photographs suggested. The terrace was lovely with amazing views. The property was spotlessly clean. There was also a vast array of welcome drinks which was greatly appreciated. Alenka was easy to contact and answered questions swiftly. Great place and lovely stay.

We had a great time at this place. The gardens and the pool were perfect to relax after busy days around the region. The flat is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, including a juice machine. The only missing item was a microwave but not a big deal for us. Just a short walk to the marina where our boat tours left was a great advantage.

Had a fantastic stay at Konstantinos' villa in Corfu. The location is perfect, close to town. Konstantinos was incredibly friendly and helpful, meeting us at check-in and giving us a tour. He always responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely return!

Die Villa ist wunderschön und groß. Im Außenbereich kann man viele schöne Stunden zusammen am Pool verbringen. Gastgeber waren leicht zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem top!

A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).

Elodies villa was exactly as described and perfect for a family holiday. The seperate buildings enabled everyone some privacy and outdoor living area by the pool both functional and flexible. The hosts were very responsive and responded almost instantly to any question. We took the recommendation to bring in Massimo Mancarella as our personal chef for our final farewell dinner and he is an amazing chef, preparing our best meal of our trip. Such a nice way to end our Puglia holiday dining outdoors together being treated with an amazing meal and service.

We so enjoyed our time at Home Sweet Home. The outside gardens are beautiful and a wonderful place to sit and relax. We stayed for three nights wishing we had time for more. The surrounding area is a beautiful place to explore. We will return!

Wir haben mit unseren 3 Kindern einen tollen Urlaub in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft verbracht. Das Haus hatte alles was das Herz begehrt, u.a. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Pooltücher… Wir wurden mit kalten Getränken, Obst und Schokolade begrüßt. Die Kinder haben den Pool und die Tiere geliebt. Dulijano und seine Familie waren äußerst sympathisch, hilfsbereit und hatten viele gute Tipps. Für unseren kleinsten wurde sogar ein zusätzliches Bett ins Schlafzimmer gestellt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe. Ein Privatparkplatz ist vorhanden und der Garten mit einem Zaun umschlossen.

Spektakuläre Unterkunft an einer traumhaften Location!!! Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub mit der Familie. Nina und ihre Familie haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren stets hilfsbereit. Kann die Unterkunft 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen😊

Daphne's house is simply beautiful. The views and outside space are amongst some of the loveliest I have stayed in. We loved the location. It was quiet and peaceful. There are steps and a path down ( way down!) to a lovely beach which has chairs to rent and several tavernas. There were 5 of us and we would all rent it again in a second.
