Very nice and well-kept place, the house is in great condition with basic products (shampoo, body soap, salt, etc.) that are very useful. Very kind staff and always available. Located in the greenery and with a large garden and 3 very nice dogs. Great experience

Just magical. A peaceful home tucked away in nature. Such a pleasant host, so accommodating to our needs with our little baby as well. Beautiful space with rustic and cozy vibe. So happy we stopped in for a night. Thank you so much!!!

I booked a two-night stay, arriving late Friday night. We had no problem finding the place or checking in. Unfortunately, the next morning we had to leave. But Roberta and Riccardo were very kind and understanding the situation they changed our reservation to allow us to have a refund for the night not used. We really appreciated the gesture. The location is located in a spectacular place, very well cared for and close to the sea. Too bad we couldn't enjoy this beautiful place more, but surely if we are passing through again we will not hesitate to contact them again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at I Gregoni. The accommodations were comfortable and charming, and provided a wonderful base from which to explore Tuscany. Carlo and Paula were gracious and welcoming hosts. We highly recommend a stay at I Gregoni.

Cozy and comfortable apartment in calm rural area, close to two small hostorical cities. Our stay was really enjoyable and we loved historical trulo house. I can recommend it to everyone!

This was hands down one of the most beautiful and welcoming Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of, Marian and her team were always available with great recommendations for wineries and city trips, making our stay even more special. Luca’s incredible dinners were not only delicious but also a wonderful way to experience true Tuscan food and traditions. The charming studio was perfectly equipped and offered stunning views over the Tuscan fields. Thanks for making our stay truly unforgettable - we will definitely be back!

Staying at Bianca's farm was a wonderful experience, our favorite in Italy! The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the views can't be beat. One can walk the property and see a variety of wildlife and views of neighboring estates and castles. Bianca was very friendly and was a good resource for our travels in Tuscany. We also got to try her olive oil and wine, which were both excellent. I highly recommend staying if given the opportunity!

It was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed. The house is private, very cozy, and has everything you need. The location is perfect for exploring Umbria. Gabriele gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants around the place, and those we visited were amazing. We would love to come back one day!

Tommaso's place is beautiful! The scenery is breathtaking, and we enjoyed the Finnish baths and sauna. The apartment has plenty of personal touches that truly make it feel like home. Tommaso provided very clear instructions for finding the place, which we appreciated. We also took a tour of the working farm with him and it was a ton of fun! Highly recommend staying here and doing some of the many experiences offered.

Andrea and Deborah were amazingly welcoming and kind. They showed me around their beautiful house and answered my questions. The gorgeous home was absolutely spotless and the attention to detail in terms of furnishings gives the home a warm inviting atmosphere. Furthermore, the vintage photo- graphs offer a glimpse into the family history of the home. I felt very relaxed and comfortable as did Archie, our Golden Retriever and we would definitely stay here again.

Super nice hostess, always reachable, if you need something you can reach them straight away. I was asked before arrival if I needed anything, like a baby bed, in which room and it was set up and it was a real bed for babies, not a folding bed. I can only recommend it to anyone who needs peace and quiet... Cities can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car or by bike, if you are on a bike you should first look at the surroundings on the map as it is very hilly

Lucia and her husband are such a friendly couple, we got so many amazing recommendations of what to do and where to eat in the area, they really put a lot of effort into the list. We had a problem with the water and they fixed it within the first day, had an alternative solution right away. Their English is great, we had a few good conversations. The house is surrounded by nature, there is an olive tree farm close by, we could see beautiful sunsets every night from the garden and so many stars because of the low light area. The pool is bigger than expected and very clean. All in all, the perfect location for a stay in peace and time out from the rest of the world, we loved it!! A car is recommended for the area, it was necessary for us in order to grocery shop and get around in general.

This was a fantastic home base for my daughter and I to make day trips from. Very quiet and serene environment. The views from the patio were incredible. We hope to be back again. Nicola is so nice and helpful in recommending places to go.

Very nice and quiet place. Lots of stuff to do in the neighbourhood. Davide is also a very nice guy. The mattress was a little hard but this is personal preference.

Accommodation matches the photos. Very clean as in a hotel with soaps, slippers… Carlo was a great host, available to us and was able to respond to our requests. Beautiful house and beautiful garden, it feels like you're in the countryside. Be careful for those who like to sleep in complete darkness, there is a skylight that can be annoying.

We loved this place. The grandmother welcomed us and she was such a nice lady! There is a lot of space for the kids to play and the view from the swimming pool with the sunsets is amazing! It’s an ideal place to visit some villages in the neighborhood during the day and to relax at the end of the day at the pool. We would love to come back a bit longer!

Casale 36 was a beautiful property! It was just as described but the pictures did not do it justice. The beds were so comfortable and waking up to the singing of the birds each morning was perfect! We arrived to a wonderful surprise - tasty treats including a home made mushroom lasagna! The property was very private. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Our stay was perfect!

Everything about our stay was just perfect. Gracijela is an excellent host, absolutely straightforward, always super accessible and helpful. The house and the area are highly recommended. We were able to enjoy the 2 weeks here to the fullest. The connection is great, both for beach, hiking in the mountains or city trips.
