Deluxe King Suite with balcony and living room inside of our newly renovated historic Inn. King bed and a queen pullout sofa. This unit has 1 full bath with double sinks and 1 half bath. Room comes with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and other toiletries. The expansive balcony has a bistro set for enjoying a coffee or happy hour. This unit also has a mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker. We provide K-cups, tea, sugars and various snacks.  Inn room 1 is not pet friendly.

Verona Suite (Rm 3 - Romeo & Giulietta's Inn)

This is the Verona Suite. $215/night This room is for two adults only. It’s an adult hideaway. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. A private bathroom, tiled shower with a rain shower head from the ceiling. A softly lit romantic loft and a chandelier above the queen size bed with down pillows. It's private and A/C, Wifi, and Cable Smart TV. A hot Breakfast is served Thursday-Sunday. Other days have an assortment of breakfast foods and hot coffee. All days 8-10am

The Cozy Cathedral is a fabulously comfortable room for a getaway staycation, a return to Middlebury for College alum or a great welcome for folks experiencing town for the first time. This space is 1 room with shared bathroom. Ultra clean property. Full service Cafe on 1st floor offering room service or sit down. Room features a new King bed, 65" Smart Roku TV, retro inspired mini frig and micro, state of the art sit/stand desk w/high speed WiFi and Ethernet connection, and Keurig coffee maker. Large windows for natural light with top/bottom black out blinds. Individual digital room temp control and remote control lighting.

Horned Dorset Art Colony B&B Room 2, Leonardsville

These elegant accommodations are a half-hour from Cooperstown, Glimmerglass Festival, Hamilton, Clinton and Utica. Artist Residency part of the year. Room 2 is a queen-bedded room on the first floor of the Wheeler House and has a private bath with walking shower with antique furnishings, marble bath, the peace and quiet of a past century. We are pet friendly. The Horned Dorset Inn "At Home" meals are available on request (menu on our website).

The Peninsula Room - Chrysler House Heritage Inn

Chrysler House is a unique 6800 sq ft Georgian-Victorian style mansion built in 1826. It is located in the historical heart of Gananoque and the beautiful 1000 Islands; just minutes away from the waterfront, marina, boat line, beach, downtown shopping and restaurants. The Peninsula Room is a light and cozy room that features a twin bed and an ensuite half bathroom. A private shower is available outside of the bedroom on the first floor.
