The name of the area means "good view" or "beautiful view," referring to the view that the apartment offers. It is just a 10-minute walk from the beach of Rethymno specifically 850 meters away. The distance from the old town of Rethymno is approximately 2 kilometers, where you can see the well-preserved city, shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Perfectly located, this apartment is ideal for an enjoyable stay in Rethymno. Within a short walk from the beach (5 min), the centre (10 min) and the Old Town (15 min), the apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building having a small balcony with sea view, perfect for relaxation. The building is on a central street of the city, where you can find shops, bakeries, cafes and supermarkets. You can really go anywhere on foot, but if you have a car, there is also free public parking nearby.
