Nenad's house is a real gem! It has everything you can possibly need when traveling with kids. We stayed 7 days, and enjoyed every second of it. If you need city gateway this is the right place to choose. You can rest by fireplace or take long walks, enjoy fresh air and have fun at the yard since there's so much things to do. Nenad is a great host, and we would surely come back!

Vesna's apartment was in a great spot if you want to be near the city centre but away from the noise. Her home had everything you needed and more. We were able to use the kitchen and enjoy having some friends over for a lunch. I work from home as a teacher and the WiFi was fast. The shower was powerful and she provided little extras to make the stay feel homely.

A spacious terrace is featured, furnished with a table and chairs, providing a relaxing space for outdoor enjoyment. Tall plants are positioned along the edges. The panoramic windows reveal expansive views of the skyline and the river, set against a backdrop of a colorful evening sky.

We absolutely loved our stay at Damir's accomodation. All descriptions and photos were accurate, including the unparalleled view of the fortress! Damir was a top notch host, answering any questions we had super quickly. The location is fantastic. Everything is easily accessible on foot and there's a market very close by. We will most assuredly be contacting Damir again the next time we visit Novi Sad.

Super spacious and great flat. Nicola is a great host who tries his best and is super in communication. Everything is just like in the pictures, the location is great and near to the city centre. Definitely worth the money and a great deal in Novi Sad.

An entrance gate is seen leading to a storefront, featuring large glass windows that allow ample light into the space. The gate is black iron with a decorative design, positioned next to a solid wall that displays signage and doorbells.

Nevena and Dunja are the friendliest and most hospitable hosts I’ve ever met. The apartment is conveniently located near the center of Novi Sad, yet it’s very quiet, and the view of the church is truly impressive. We stayed there for a whole month and never felt like we were missing anything – the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for everyday life. Once, we had an issue with the lights, but the hosts resolved it almost immediately. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay!

Truly a wonderful experience for the price. A luxurious, comfortable, and very well planned out apartment with everything we needed and more. Excellent customer service from the host; accommodating and communicative. The perfect home base to see Novi Sad; plenty of restaurants, bars, grocery stores outside the front door and a short, pleasant walk to city center. Also a central train and bus station with access to all of Serbia nearby. I'm a world traveller and frequently book through Airbnb and can easily say this was one of my favorite places and best experiences. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Novi Sad! Thank you, Sanja!

Cozy, nice, and clean place to stay. We were welcomed and shown everything they needed to know. Unfortunately we only stayed one night but we are coming back for sure! The house is spacious and tidy, and the special beauty gives a large yard where you can enjoy and relax as if you were at your own home. We highly recommend this property for rest, relaxation and to see beautiful Slavonia and Vukovar Best regards Anna & Darko

This is a good place to stay at Novi Sad. It is very close to the city center, the apartment is spacious and it is a good fit in case you want to travel around the town or would like to work from home. The rain falling on the roof makes cozy feelings when you wake up in the morning. As of April, 2025, there are street construction works outside, which make surrounding a bit messy and it might be less convenient to park than usual, but it shouldn't take too long and for us it wasn't a big deal.

This place was perfect for a 3 day trip to Novi Sad - it’s small but it’s also clean, the kitchen is fantastic and has everything you would need for a longer stay. The location is very close to all the sites and restaurants. The host was also very responsive and I’d definitely come back. The balcony is also really nice.

I don't usually write reviews, but thus far, this lodging has been among the best that we have experienced. Very tidy & clean, with Christmas decorations added, which was perfect for the kids' calm setting but still close enough to the town centre to walk there. In addition, after several hours of travel, it was the first lodging in Serbia to kindly provide fruit and soft drinks, which was a nice touch.

This is exactly what Air B&B should be- home . Dubravka is excellent host who is highly responsive and polite. She left a home to us with all amenities you can and cant imagine- from fully equiped kitchen, bathroom and if anything was needed additionally this is taken care of by her lovely mom. Terrasse is beutiful with nice setting, whole house is spatious, very nice style, tv with netflix etc, wifi excellent- we were working from home so very important, cleaning spotless. You need a car for sure however small stores are walkable distance. We appreciate your hospitality and we would be back. Thank you!

We had a great stay at this house during New Year’s with friends! The place was really cozy and comfortable, perfect for spending time together. It had everything we needed for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying our holiday. The hosts were exceptionally hospitable and made sure everything was just right for us. Location near the river and opportunity to drink coffee with the view was just perfect. We truly felt at home and would love to come back again. Highly recommend!

Beautifully apartment in very nice and quite area of city, but also very close to main attractions of Novi Sad.
