our pension is an old Greek house and there are ceiling height differences between the floors. The ceiling height of our economic room is 1.85 meters. The reason for being economical is the ceiling height. It is 50 meters from the beach. You can reach the restaurants in a few steps and choose what you want. We are in the center of the island. The unique tab of heybeliada can be reached without any need of transportation. If they want to go to the beach, the beaches on the island have their own motor services and can be reached with a few steps.

Our location, which is a 3-minute walk from the bazaar and the beach, is also uniquely located in terms of transportation to the beach and swimming areas. Our apartment, where we offer you the opportunity to have a peaceful holiday with your family or friends, also has a backyard and the use of the relevant garden belongs only to our guests. Entrance and exit to the garden is from the rented house.

It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

Situated in a quite street in lovely Maden district, it's only 10 minutes walk from the center of the island. We have just renovated bathrooms, kitchen and the patio with modern design leaving the historical overall experience and character of the house intact.

My house is located in the most elite of Büyükada, a few hundred meters from the coast, bazaar and piers. The apartment, which is all reserved for our guests, has two spacious bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
