Waterfront vacation rentals in Ada County

Our stay here was great. We came to Boise with our dog for a long weekend to relax and this place was perfect for that. The location was great as we were within a block of the Greenbelt and there are several dog friendly restaurants, wineries, and breweries all within walking distance. The house was very clean and matched the description perfectly and the host was very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time! Hosts were kind and responsive. My anxious doggy even got loud while we were gone and we were given grace with that. Sarah is a dog lover and very understanding! The animals there are so fun, and they even give you alpaca food to feed them. Everything was so clean. And I love that there’s no cleaning fee. They set you up for success with everything needed to clean the area without hassle before you leave. We would totally stay here again. Attentive and kind goes a long way in general, but the property truly was so much bang for your buck! Thanks Sarah and Harold!

The Bird Nest is an absolute gem! Everything was immaculate. From the kitchen (that has everything one may need and then some) to the relaxing living room. You're just out of the hustle and bustle of Boise so you can crack open the French doors and enjoy the fresh air with the sounds of nature. It provides top-notch calmness and relaxation, which came in very handy when winding down from the weightlifting championship I came to Boise for. Mady was an excellent host with thorough instructions. She was very easy to communicate with and made the entire stay a breeze. She even treated me with delicious banana bread (a perfect addition to your breakfast)! If you are in the Boise area and pass this place up, you're doing yourself a disservice. I can't wait to come back and stay! Thank you, Mady, for such an awesome experience!

This house was perfect. Exactly as described. The location was secluded, peacwful and relaxing. Easy river access and pool. The house was very clean. The water pressure in the showers was top tier if that's important to you. The shaded backyard was wonderful, and so relaxing. Cory was a great host. Very kind with extra touches to make us feel welcome and at home. We would definitely sty here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

We enjoyed staying at this place. Once of the most frustrating things about AirBNB to me is the inability to determine the address of the property prior to booking. This has lead in the past to booking "luxury" or "high end" AirBNB's in poor neighborhoods. This home is in a nice neighborhood, close in, and the neighborhood is going through general improvements to the community. The home is as described, and the neighborhood is clean and friendly. Would recommend.

I rented this for my partner..She really enjoyed it,said it was comfortable and really enjoyed her stay.She would stay there again if she was in need of a place.Was a Good experience for her.

My husband stayed back in June of 2024 and loved it! So we came down to visit our daughter and celebrate his birthday, and I see why! All the reviews accurately describe the place. You absolutely can’t beat the location, and Jeanie Sue is very responsive. It’s a charming studio apartment that was perfect for the two of us and our little dog. So many places around to eat, drink coffee, and taste wine. It’s so nice to see all the new places opening up in Garden City. We look forward to our next visit!
