I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, with beautiful decor and a very clean, well-maintained space. It felt peaceful and quiet throughout my stay, making it perfect for relaxation. The housekeeper was a great help and always available to assist if needed, adding an extra layer of comfort. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely book this place again when visiting Oman. Highly recommend!

We had a very good time (7 days) in this typical Oman house. It is really a big house with many living- and sleepingrooms. With a car it is possible to see all the important attractions around Nizwa. You can cook big meals in the kitchen after shopping in several supermarkets in Nizwa. Our host was very friendly and helpfull and the communication with him and his family was excellent. We can recommend this accommodation!

The accommodation is in a stunning location with a beautiful view. We stayed for just one night, but I can easily imagine spending two weeks here, combining remote work with exploring the surroundings. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we could order dinner from the host – it was delicious. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and every room had a great view.

The care taker was a super-man in his roll. Very welcoming and supportive. Ask him anything and he will try his best to provide us with the necessities. He is an awesome cook too. We were lucky to join EID with him and he made a succulent array of meat dishes in Bengal style. He made the stay worth the value. Very safe place and in the valley surrounded by mountains. Lot many places accessible from the property including Huta Caves and valleys.

Casa esattamente come da descrizione. Molto spaziosa e con il plus della piscina in casa. Muneer ha condiviso da subito le indicazioni per messaggio ed è sempre stato disponibile. Si è fatto trovare davanti a casa al momento del check in. In dotazione c’è il minimo indispensabile. (4 asciugamani in 7, 2 cialde del caffè, no carta igienica, strofinacci cucina ecc ecc) noi ci siamo fermati solo una notte ma per soggiorni più lunghi meglio attrezzarsi prima perché è lontano dal supermarket. Posizione molto tranquilla, abbastanza vicino a Nizwa.

The experience from start to finish was very smooth. Son of the owner gave us a warm welcome from the gate of the farm. Everyone in the farm house is very helpful. The owner assisted us with our additional concerns like dinner, breakfast plus a surprise cake which is late notice. Our group highly recommend the place and we actually wanted to go back.

This place was absolutely wonderful! We were never bored (family friendly) with so much to do and all in the privacy of your own home. We played on the soccer fields, billiards and swam nearly everyday. The location was great, just 10 minutes from all the main attractions and shopping. Jabal Akhdhar was about an hour away (we had visited before coming here). I really loved Nizwa, it had such a different feel compared to Muscat. The people in Oman are incredibly kind and always willing to help, so you never feel alone or stuck. This host was especially helpful, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. There was even someone on-site (lived a few houses down) who regularly asked if we needed anything. The hospitality was truly unmatched! I’ve stayed in several Airbnbs before, but this was by far the most attentive host I’ve had.

Thank you for showing us that there’s still hope in this world with that being said, for everyone who is booking this Airbnb, Ahmed showed us from lunch until midnight every possible spot. He did not charge anything. He even refused to take our gifts for him and his family this shows what kind of personality they have. The Airbnb itself was wonderful, mashallah. Mein Mann und ich verbrachten zwei Tage in diesem reizenden und gemütlichen Gästehaus. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und haben uns sofort wohl. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Unternehmungen rund um Bahla und Nizwa. Nach einem ausgefüllten Tag ist das Gästehaus ein Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung, der Pool bietet wohltuende Abkühlung. Wir können die sehr saubere und gemütliche Unterkunft hundertprozentig weiter empfehlen. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Abdulaziz für die gute Gastfreundschaft!

Great Stay in Nizwa, Khalid is good host, apartment is very near to nizwa fort, bottom of apartment there is supermarket, apartment furniture is nice and having all kitchen equipment, There is private car parking as well, Overall very good experience

Welcoming and beautifully decorated traditional house with calm and private outdoor space. Confortable beds and sitting areas indoors and outdoors. Clean toilets and bathrooms (a couple more towels would have been nice) Kitchen needs some improvement as it was not fully fitted nor kitted as described - lack of cooking facilities (no gas connection to gas hobs), although bbq facilities were provided which would be perfect for longer stays. Location is very good in the town centre, close to shops and restaurants.

This is a large property in Saiq, Jebel Al Akhdar providing private accommodation in this very special village in the mountains. We were very well looked-after by Muntaser who showed us around the stunning landscape and local villages including Al Aqor, Wadi Bani Habib and Al Suwgra (now an exclusive boutique hotel clinging to the mountainside where your baggage has to be transported via zipwire across the valley). He kindly drove our car from place to place so that we could do as little or as much exploring on foot as we wished. His experience of driving on the insanely steep off-road tracks was invaluable - despite the Nissan Patrol being a very capable 4x4, I would have been too nervous to do this myself! The most special treat was being invited for قهوة (coffee) which was a great honour appreciated by the whole family. Thank you Saif!

We had a fantastic time during our stay at Ali's house. Ali is a wonderful host! He makes sure you feel comfortable and provides all the relevant information you need. The house is equipped with everything important, is quiet, spacious, and the beds are great for sleeping (a bit firmer than usual, but excellent). From the house, it's a quick trip to the Balcony Walk as well as to Hamra—perfectly located. But the best part was that Ali spontaneously invited us to a traditional event, which made us incredibly happy and will always stay in our memories! Highly recommended!
