I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, with beautiful decor and a very clean, well-maintained space. It felt peaceful and quiet throughout my stay, making it perfect for relaxation. The housekeeper was a great help and always available to assist if needed, adding an extra layer of comfort. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely book this place again when visiting Oman. Highly recommend!

Welcoming and beautifully decorated traditional house with calm and private outdoor space. Confortable beds and sitting areas indoors and outdoors. Clean toilets and bathrooms (a couple more towels would have been nice) Kitchen needs some improvement as it was not fully fitted nor kitted as described - lack of cooking facilities (no gas connection to gas hobs), although bbq facilities were provided which would be perfect for longer stays. Location is very good in the town centre, close to shops and restaurants.

Serene getaway with beautiful amenities, clean space, and great communication. Location is a bit out of the business area, and makes for great views of the night sky and mountains. Would definitely visit again.

Maison très agréable dans le style moderne, parfait avec des enfants. Ils ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine (mais eau froide… malgré la chaleur ambiante…) ainsi que la table de ping pong. Se reposer sur le toit terrasse au moment du coucher du soleil! L’emplacement est dans la banlieue de nizwa, à 20 minutes en voiture du souk. Pour les courses, le plus près est à 8 minutes en voiture.

This beautiful house is very special because of its design and comfort! It has a nice garden right between the palm trees and we had a beautiful view from the big windows! The small village is definetly worth a a visit. I can only recommend to stay at this cottage to have an unique experience!

Mein Mann und ich verbrachten zwei Tage in diesem reizenden und gemütlichen Gästehaus. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und haben uns sofort wohl. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Unternehmungen rund um Bahla und Nizwa. Nach einem ausgefüllten Tag ist das Gästehaus ein Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung, der Pool bietet wohltuende Abkühlung. Wir können die sehr saubere und gemütliche Unterkunft hundertprozentig weiter empfehlen. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Abdulaziz für die gute Gastfreundschaft!

An incredible stay! The place is even better than in the photos—they don’t do it justice. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the location is perfect, close to everything. I would return without hesitation!

This is a large property in Saiq, Jebel Al Akhdar providing private accommodation in this very special village in the mountains. We were very well looked-after by Muntaser who showed us around the stunning landscape and local villages including Al Aqor, Wadi Bani Habib and Al Suwgra (now an exclusive boutique hotel clinging to the mountainside where your baggage has to be transported via zipwire across the valley). He kindly drove our car from place to place so that we could do as little or as much exploring on foot as we wished. His experience of driving on the insanely steep off-road tracks was invaluable - despite the Nissan Patrol being a very capable 4x4, I would have been too nervous to do this myself! The most special treat was being invited for قهوة (coffee) which was a great honour appreciated by the whole family. Thank you Saif!

Incroyable séjour dans cette grange rénovée avec goût. La piscine avec vue sur la palmeraie vaut le détour. Si vous êtes dans le coin, n'hésitez pas à y passer quelques jours. We had a fantastic time during our stay at Ali's house. Ali is a wonderful host! He makes sure you feel comfortable and provides all the relevant information you need. The house is equipped with everything important, is quiet, spacious, and the beds are great for sleeping (a bit firmer than usual, but excellent). From the house, it's a quick trip to the Balcony Walk as well as to Hamra—perfectly located. But the best part was that Ali spontaneously invited us to a traditional event, which made us incredibly happy and will always stay in our memories! Highly recommended!

We loved staying here. It was truly a luxurious experience which was perfect for us on our relaxing stay in Nizwa. It is close by to the old city just an 8 minute drive (mainly taken up by needing to uturn as it’s on the other side of the highway). The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the rooms were wonderful. The place is extremely clean, smells amazing, is beautiful and looks better than the pictures! The bathrooms were also very comfortable and the amenities were great. Parking is also easy. At one point during the day one of the neighbors was doing construction and that night they also put unpleasant smelling fertilizer which made it more difficult for us to enjoy outside but the host assured us this is not typical and the smell was gone by the morning and we relaxed outside again. The host is also very responsive and forgiving and helped us a lot during our stay. If you are hesitating to book this place, do not hesitate. Book your stay with Azzan now and thank me later!
