Aflah is a great host. He provided all the necessary instructions via photo's, video and Google Maps location pin. So it was really easy to find the apartment. He responded quick to any questions, left some water in the fridge and even come to the apartment to bring some toilet paper that the cleaner forgot. He provided a great itinerary for seeing the highlights in the surrounding area of Nizwa as well as recommending some restaurants. As the apartment is off the main street it's nice and quiet. Don't be discouraged by the mess around the building because the apartment is spotless. The only thing I can think off for improvement is that the water pressure in the bathroom of the main bedroom is low which makes showering a bit of a challenge. Luckily the apartment is equipped with three bathrooms!

A well-lit bedroom features two twin beds with patterned bedding and soft white pillows. Beside each bed, small nightstands hold essential items. The room is completed with a large headboard and light-colored flooring, creating a comfortable and functional space.

1. Aflah's place was not that straight-forward to find from the street, it's located at a small alley; however Aflah greeted us by himself and guided us to the place. This makes the checking-in smooth n easy. Thank you! 2. The apartment itself is newly renovated and hotel-standard. Very soft & comfortable duvet and mattress . 3. 15min's drive to the city center, i.e. Nizwa souq etc. Close to everything. 4. I hope Aflah may kindly fix the drainage system in the bathroom soon. water comes out when you take a shower longer than 5 mins. Overall I give 5-star to the place, Thank you Aflah and also the beautiful place Nizwa!

The apartment was bigger than we were expecting, very clean and comfortable. it was a good location for Nizwa. As the other reviews have mentioned Anu is very helpful with advice on local attractions, and clearly takes a lot of pride from running his hotel.
