Ferns place was exactly as described, extremely homely and comfortable. The location was perfect. With bus and train station very close by it met all our needs. We loved our stay at Pablo’s place. Lots of space for the family to relax and recharge for sightseeing! Pablo was a fantastic host.

What a gorgeous house for a group weekend away! We had about 10 of us in this space for a weekend in London and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Debbie was a superb host and with recent hot weather in London managed to get an AC installed before our stay! This was a game changer in the kitchen for a big group like ours, and the upstairs AC kept it nice and cool on the top floor with the heat wave. Debbie is so friendly and lovely and does whatever she can to make your stay perfect. 10/10 recommend!

We enjoyed our stay so much! This place is in a wonderful neighborhood - close to everything, but on a quiet charming street. The house is beautiful - clean and organized, with everything you need and no clutter. We appreciated large empty drawers and closets to put away our things, and very clear instructions about how to work everything. The clothes washer/dryer, tea kettle, large TV, and AC unit were nice extra amenities. Danielle was very responsive and helpful. The home is cozy, but with plenty of space for a family of 4. We would definitely book this again next time we are in London and recommend it highly to others!

We ( a family with 4 people) have enjoyed this accommodation. The house is spacious and clean and everything you need is present. The neighborhood is quiet but in walking distance of the metro so a great base to explore London. Naomi is a pleasant host, communication was quick and hassle-free. We would definitely return.

Homely abode with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Cristiana was also very flexible with the checkout timing. Location was a little outside the main centre of London, but well served by transport options that most places of interest was about 30-40mins away. Walkable to Greenwich and there is a large Tesco's nearby.

We had a lovely time in this house. We were two families with kids and especially enjoyed the spacious house, the comfortable beds and all the things included (everything from boardgames a piano, and kitchen utensils to the very cozy cats). Easy to get into the city center with the northern line, but also plenty of options to eat in and around Tooting market.

Wow, what a lovely central spacious flat. I’m so happy I booked to stay at Marco’s. Definitely book it if it’s available. Pros: spacious, great location, comfy, tons of natural light. Cons: none.

Beautiful place to stay, lots of very thoughtful touches, loved the selection of books, art and lighting. Comfortable and stylish. Great neighbourhood just down the road from portobello road

The house is in a great location, a 10 min walk to both Richmond Station and Richmond Park and under 5 min to the river and the high street. Elena was a great host, she offered very clear instructions proactively, e.g. regarding the peculiarities of heating and hot water (which don't work simultaneously). For people with reduced mobility, it's worth noting that the bedrooms are on the second floor. The beds are really comfy!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jessie's home. Jessie's communication from initial booking all the way through to the end of our stay was excellent, with clear instructions provided and recommendations for local things to do (activities / bars / restaurants). The home was as described / advertised and was perfect for our stay. There are multiple supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance and there are train stations close by which will take you direct to Waterloo station in the centre of London or to Kingston / Richmond / Windsor etc. I would 100% recommend Jessie as a host and would stay here again when next in London.

We were visiting our daughter who lives a block away and gave birth to our first grandchild, so it was a particularly joyful visit. The flat was nicely decorated with real plants which we were happy to water. We discovered two great restaurants across the street ( Indian and Chinese) and a sweet deli cafe we also frequented a block away! Evan was communicative and helpful with a couple of hic ups such as quickly replacing a broken toaster. Will definitely stay again! Thank you Evan !

A quiet and lovely neighbourhood, with easy commute to Central London, to my mind one of the very best in Notting Hill, a short walking distance from Holland Park. The town house is as shown in the pictures, beautiful and most comfortable with everything one might need. We particularly liked the sense that this is the home of a welcoming family who trust their guests. As noted in all reviews, Paula is a great and caring host. My wife and I had the best of stays.

This is a very happily situated flat if you want to stay in London and have the luxury of walking to almost anything. It was comfortable and well-equipped. We were sorry to leave.

This is a very cute garden flat in an excellent location with lots of restaurants, pubs, and shops very close by. There is also an Underground stop five minutes away. As shown in the photos, both the master bedroom and second bedroom face out onto a garden courtyard - the second bedroom has a bunkbed in it. There is a set of steps to go down to enter and leave the garden apartment. Guest should be aware that the tube (Underground) does travel under the flat, so one can hear and sometimes feel the subway movement. The Underground transportation does stop later at night, so it is not an issue for sleeping.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The place was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining their property. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated near wonderful restaurants, local shops, and attractions. I loved being able to explore the area easily and still have a cozy retreat to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. The interior of the home is warm and inviting, with lovely decor that made the space feel both stylish and comfortable. All the amenities I needed were available, making my stay even more enjoyable. No wonder Ana’s place is a “Guest Favourite”. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. It’s bright, airy and comfortable. Ana has created a beautiful home filled with lovely touches and she’s an incredibly kind and generous host. It’s a great location - quiet but the shops and train station are just around the corner. I stayed with my dog and it was a 10 minute train to Hampstead Heath. Queens Park with more shops, tube station and lovely park (not off-leash for dogs) are a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thanks again, Ana!

He had a lovely couple of nights at Richard’s house. We have three children and the house together with outdoor space worked perfectly for us. Thanks for a great hassle free couple of nights in London. We had a great little mini break. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again

Kerim's and Luka's home is lovely and peaceful. Although in the middle of the city one has the feeling of being in a country house. On all three levels the view from the big windows is onto a quiet, romantic square which consists of beautiful, old trees. It's wonderful waking up to the sound of singing birds, then opening the shades and staring into the deep green of tree tops. Kerim is very particular about how you open and close the windows as well as the entrance door. Have no fear, it is quite simple and there is nothing unique about them. Kerim is particular because he loves his home and wants to make sure things are done the way he does them. So please take extra care. The kitchen is well equipt if you desire to prepare your own meals. Just a stone's throw away are restaurants, a pharmacy, bakeries, a supermarket, a wonderful flower shop with beautiful arrangements, which I could not resist :-) and other interesting little shops. A well-appointed three level townhome that would be perfect for 3 to 4 adults The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to access Broadway market and the local parks. The kitchen had everything you would need. The second floor had a very comfortable couch and large TV, which was a great gathering room. On the same floor was a small bedroom that Americans would consider a double bed, but no closet. The bathroom on the second floor had a very beautiful tub but for a shower you had to go use the bathroom on the third floor. This top floor had a very spacious bedroom with expansive closets and a very comfortable bed that in the UK is described as king size but seemed to be more of a queen size for us. During the week we were there, there are some days that were quite hot and the third floor could be 10° higher than the second and first floor. Finally there is a third bedroom on the first floor off the dining room but the mattress was not comfortable. We enjoyed our stay & host’s response.

A beautiful home and garden oasis, spacious and comfortable. Very close to transport, very easy to get everywhere. Plenty to explore in walking distance too. Would highly recommend
