The 80 sqm property is located in front of the bright green of the municipal villa and 10 meters from the Porta Messina overlook, a panoramic point overlooking the Aeolian Islands. A short walk from the main street, bars and restaurants, Umberto 25 will give you an experience of colors and flavors, to be lived immersed in the city of ceramics and art. The room is a large open space equipped with all amenities.

Destination Cefalu - the best view

In a Residence nestled in a lush garden with a breathtaking sea view and private parking we rent 1 apartment. Its equipped with A /C, parking place, sun curtain in the terrass, blackout blinds in all windows, TV, free Wi-Fi, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. If you come during wintertime the apartment has floor heating. The position of the apartments will assure you a vacation that is like balm for your soul and always in reach of the best of Sicily. From season 2026 the pool is not availble.

Balcone Crimaldi - apartment with sea view

Balcone Crimaldi is a typical house in the historic center. Thanks to the conical shape of the town, you can see from every corner an overhanging view of the ancient roofs and the coast. The house is surrounded by the original marble stairs, which still constitute the public streets of the center. No landing is on the same level as the others, so from every window you have a unique view of the sea and the islands. Our little house has a very long history, today it is a refuge for travelers.

La Casa di Rosa (a short walk from Marinello and Tindari)

The house is very spacious (150 square meters), there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with a shower, a kitchen with a living room equipped with a television, a large and bright attic in which there is a 55-inch television, and two sofa beds. From here you can access the terrace overlooking the sea, which is also equipped with a kitchen, dining table, deckchairs, and sofas on which you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view: the sea, the beach, and the Tindari promontory.

Small apartment on the farm

Small apartment with open space and small individual room. Located a few meters from the pool. Outdoor living area with table and benches always in the shade of a centuries-old mulberry tree. Next to it is the Museum of Oil and Rural Life: over 80 ancient jars and tools of daily life from centuries past. In our olive grove, 10 minutes from the house, are the ruins of the ancient Byzantine monastery of San Pietro di Deca and the adjacent archaeological area.

The Gabbiano accommodation is part of a house divided into three small adjoining apartments, each with its own independent entrance and private garden. The garden leads directly to the beach. The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen where you can eat, a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A means of transportation (car or scooter) is essential as the area is not served by public transportation.

Sant'Ambrogio stands on a cliff overlooking the sea and enjoys a very long beach in ciotoli where there is a lido equipped with a bar and restaurant for every need.
