Our stay in Luca's apartment was fantastically beautiful! The apartment was super equipped, spacious and clean. It is 100% as described and is very quiet! Within 2 minutes you can be at the beach and shops, restaurants, etc. The communication with Luca has worked very well throughout. Even in the evening he responded to our concerns and helped us at all times. Luca is a very good host who knows very well to prepare wonderful holidays for his guests. He is friendly, patient and super personable. We had a great time and will be happy to come back! Thank you!

An amazing house facing the sea. The beach downstairs! No danger, easy with children. A beautiful terrace and garden. This is a really nice environment. Be careful for those who want to sleep... a little noisy (bar and music until late at night but that's the price to pay to have such a beautiful house ) provide quiescent balls, which we had anticipated! Same in the morning there is the noise of those who clean the beach. Other than that, great welcome from Fabrizio and very nice seaside resort with good restaurants. A unique place! I recommend it and hope to return one day!

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Claudia's apartment was great. Everything was as described. A large balcony. Clean and well-equipped. Coffee and tea available when you arrive. Very good welcome from Claudia who is very friendly and always responds to messages very quickly. Apartment is located 2 steps from the beach. Large sand beach. Parking space. City bike available for strolling through Cervia, and it's lovely. You can get everywhere by bike, even shopping. Supermarket at 5 minutes. On Cervia for Ironman, the apartment is 1.5 km from the departure. Which is great because it is nearby but quiet and far from the hustle and bustle. Recommended Claudia's place.

Staying at Laura's was like feeling like family. Welcoming, he provided me with all house instructions since arrival. She tried to find a solution for all my requests. The house is spacious, and there are 2 bathrooms. It is noted that Laura has a predisposition to this type of accommodation activity, which has been handed down for generations, since parents manage hotels on the sea and a short distance from the apartment. It also gave me the opportunity to have discounted prices if I wanted to take advantage of the hotel's services (lunches, dinners, breakfast, ...)

We were guests of Francesco and Pamida during the 2025 Easter holidays, I can only confirm the excellent reviews, already during the interim phase, which preceded the booking, they paid attention to our needs, providing immediate answers and putting us immediately at ease. Upon our arrival, agreed according to our time needs, and precisely that it was Easter, Francesco waited for us in the avenue in front of the real estate unit, a truly appreciated gesture. The apartment looks very good, well-kept and clean, it is equipped with a pleasant living area that guarantees an additional 2 beds if necessary, the 2 bedrooms guarantee 5 comfortable beds, it is also equipped with a beautiful and large terrace overlooking the pedestrian area, which allows you to dine in peace but also to spend an evening with friends in complete privacy. This little hamlet was ideal for a group of several families wanting a Tuscan holiday. Christina was a very responsive host, always available for help and suggestions. One down side was the distance from many of the Tuscan attractions such as Florence and Sienna. The hamlet is reasonably remote so is ideal for those who want a secluded holiday rather than those who want to see the sights of Tuscany.

Brand new home, offers all kinds of comfort and service! 2 minutes by car from the sea, truly a beautiful home in a very quiet area. Alex met us with the check-in time as we had a small child and needed to enter the accommodation earlier, it's not for everyone! If I could give it 10 stars! Thanks again!

Antonio and David great guys! They helped and accommodated any request. Both working at the hosting hotel that manages the apartment. They moved the car when needed and provided detailed information. Place is big close to all amenities restaurants and store and main resorts! Thank you!

We had a very nice holiday thanks to Lorena. The location of the apartment is perfect: both close to the beach and close to the city. We felt very comfortable with the enclosed parking space. The apartment was very clean and well thought out. Absolutely recommended.

We had a great time at this beautiful place. The farm has several apartments, each with their own privacy. The pool was very clean and warm, there was shade available and a shower and toilet right next door. The apartment was as shown in the pictures, there was no air conditioning but it was very cool inside during the day. A few days before our arrival, Isabella sent us all the necessary information and it was her brother Piero who welcomed us very warmly upon arrival. The place was very clean, the kitchen well-equipped and towels were provided. There are many things to do and see in the area, we even had recommendations available. Overall we are really happy and would definitely recommend this place!

Peaceful and restoring holiday home. Entire Villa

Our family took five vacation at Gianlucas house. Thanks to the good description, we were able to find it directly. We had lots of space. The kids were happy that each had their own room. In the apartment everything was available for a stress-free holiday. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we didn't miss anything while cooking occasionally. We experienced a very hot summer with temperatures of 35°C daily. The basement can be kept cool by closing the shutters. However, the heat naturally accumulates under the roof. Luckily, each of the three bedrooms there is a strong air conditioner. 30 minutes have been enough to achieve tolerable temperatures before going to bed. Last not least, the excellent accessibility of Gianluca and Laura is to be emphasized. Within a few minutes, there was a response. Once Laura even brought us some ice cream from Lucrezia. The garden neighbors speak German :-D
