The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

Very cozy accommodation and well equipped. Antonella was a perfect host, always available and helpful. Made sure we had everything we needed and helped arrange the transfer and rental car, super smooth!Close to the ocean and a short walk to the beach. Close to some restaurants and shops, however most things are closed this time of year, so good by car. Great with double internet connections, which we used when we worked from the property, which worked well. There were tables to sit at on both floors. Good to keep in mind is that the property is divided into two floors, which you only get between on the outside of the house. Pågick some renovations in the area, as well as very many barking dogs both day and night, so sometimes disturbing noise, in an otherwise very peaceful area. We highly recommend the place and host!

The large house, ideally located by the sea, is fully equipped with kitchen basics, necessary for the dishwasher, for the washing machine, bath towels, beach towels (very convenient when you come by plane), sun loungers, garden furniture... beautiful garden with prickly pears... Before buying anything, check that it is not already present in the house. Mosquito nets on the windows. The host, Gennaro, is very friendly and responds as soon as he is contacted. We highly recommend this listing for a great vacation.

Our stay was pleasant. We enjoyed the surroundings. Close to Nardò, Gallipoli and Lecce. Lovely beaches in the area. The apartment was cosily furnished. Balcony is large and enjoyed the sunset every evening. Valeria and Paolo are welcoming and approachable.

The apartment in Gallipoli is very good, clean , nicely decorated, well-equipped, neighborhood is quiet and right in front of the sea. Easy to park, restaurant , shop nearby. The old town Gallipoli is a 15 min walk walking along the sea , is beautiful. You can go to Enrico's without a second thought.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was as described: spacious, very clean, in a very quiet area and a 5-minute walk to the beach. We felt right at home. There were drinks in the fridge when we arrived. And Tony... a perfect host! Very attentive, he made us taste very good specialties, we enjoyed ourselves! Also very responsive to our questions and very good advice for visits, restaurant addresses, supermarket addresses, the cooperative to buy olive oil. I would recommend this place without hesitation! We'll go back! Many thanks Tony! :)

The apartment is in a great location between the sandy beaches and the center of Gallipoli and has a beautiful terrace. Patrizia proved to be extremely helpful and kind from before our arrival, as well as during our stay by answering our questions about restaurants and services. Absolutely recommended, we had a great time!

We felt very comfortable with Maria. The house was very clean and very well equipped, everything was new. Maria was very friendly, helpful and easily accessible and also provided us with an extra set of towels, for example. The beach and the center with many restaurants was only a 10-minute walk away and so you didn't need the car on site. We will be happy to come back.
