We enjoyed our stay on Chincoteague Island in this nice two bedroom house on a quiet road and a short drive to all the island has to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

Jay's Retreat

EvanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The best Airbnbs are the ones that feel more like a friend’s place than a rental unit. That’s the best way to describe Jay’s Retreat. Nicely kept, plenty of supplies, nice towels and linens, plenty of kitchen equipment, etc. Our family had a great time hanging out on the canal and riding bikes around the area. We would definitely rent here again.
The front entrance features a sunroom with multiple windows, allowing natural light to fill the space. A short staircase leads to the door, bordered by a railing on either side. Lush greenery and colorful flowers surround the area, enhancing the home's welcoming appearance.

Hopkin's House, Chincoteague Beach Vacations

DeborahRating, 5 stars3 months ago
For the third time, we had a wonderful stay at this historical home. I spent most of my time on the porch enjoying the sunshine and the marsh with the lighthouse. I love sleeping and being able to see the sunrise right from the bedroom window. The house is well equipped and when we needed help there was swift response. I always enjoy going out back to see the chickens, goats, and geese. I’m really feeling this place is my home away from home.

Leave your paw prints by the bay

RobertRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Excellent home. Was attached to another dwelling but felt very private as no one was next door during our stay. Host was very accommodating, neighbors extremely friendly. Lots of dogs being walked in the surrounding area. Roads very safe to go for an extended walk. Winds coming off the water surprisingly strong at times; was impressed at how secure the house seemed during stormy winds. Best part of the stay was being right on the water of the river/bay.

We were looking for a peaceful off season rental and got exactly that. The weather was nice enough to walk into town and go kayaking. We love to cook and the kitchen was very well equipped. It is decorated like a magazine. Everything is beautiful and comfortable. The host was communicative and helpful. We loved that things were labeled! We’d definitely return.

IDLEHOUR, 3 BEDROOMS 2 BATHS W/ DOCK

MelissaRating, 5 stars6 months ago
This was our 2nd stay on the island , but first time at Mary Kim's. Great hospitality including home cooked egg rolls that made the long journey even more worth it. The only downfall would be the dock and kayak spot is a couple doors down, but Mary Kim was very communicative. lastly, I highly recommend the golf cart service on the island, gives you more of an ability to explore the island.
