Lucrecia's apartment is a unique property in the foothill area. With cozy decor and great comfort. Regarding the shared amenities of the building, the pool is very clean and the apartment's exclusive beach loungers are very comfortable. I would definitely book with her again because of her excellent communication and the cleaning staff who stand out for their kindness.

Melissa's apartment is fabulous, extremely clean and comfortable, it is in JAVA, undoubtedly the best tower in the subdivision since its rooms are very spacious and it is next to the slides, we enjoyed it until they literally kicked us out at 11:00 p.m.! The condo is fully functional. I can't believe two hurricanes have passed! EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY.

My wife and I loved the accommodation, it has an incredible lake that we were able to enjoy to the fullest with our dog girls. We felt at ease as if we were at home, the place has privacy and everyone was very friendly. An unforgettable experience to be on a kayak with our dogs, thanks to Aldo for being such a good host.

Amazing place to relax and spend quality time with your pets. Unparalleled sunsets and views, a clean pool, comfortable lounge chairs assigned per room so you don't have to be saving or fighting over them. The room is comfortable, clean, with everything you need to rest, prepare food if you bring it, functional appliances. Melissa is always very helpful and kind, she was always available for any eventuality and allowed us to leave a little later as there were no guests that day after us, which is always greatly appreciated. We'll definitely be back.

A fairly quiet and pleasant place, the house has a very practical layout, according to the needs of the guests, minimal details that honestly do not detract from the quality of the stay at all. As for Israel, he is an extremely kind person, always attentive to requests and needs, even with the initiative and proposals to make your stay more enjoyable and comfortable, the level of communication was very good, his treatment stands out. Perhaps the only weak point of the accommodation and area are the options for eating. However, with proper group organization, you can prepare food in the house without a problem. It has the necessary supplies, although some appliances have some issues, but nothing that can't be solved. I'm leaving a note of congratulations to Israel for his cordiality, I hope we can visit him in the future.

Jorge's place is very nice. The private pool and that one part is covered gives it all the plus. Its location is fantastic, as you open the door and the beach. Tomasa and Toño are always helpful and very friendly. Unfortunately we had setbacks with the light, which have nothing to do with Jorge, as it was a general failure, however, Jorge was attentive and attentive to how he could help us. The house is very comfortable. The top is very nice, the terrace we enjoy for breakfast and lunch, and just the best! The views are unbelievable. The house is very clean and tidy.

Responsive host. Flexible check-in and check-out. Whole place was clean: bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, terrace, pool. Señora Magda (in-house host) was always kind, respectful and attentive. Working AC and amenities. Beach is about 10-15 minutes walking from the house. And about 25 minutes driving to Asta Bandera. Hot water only in upstair bathrooms. No spoons, glasses. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend it.

Rincon del Mar y Rincón de las Morenas was the perfect place to take the women's retreat that my team and I had planned. This place is great someone is always available to help Rocha is very helpful and knows the area well showed us around if we needed anything he was great help even late at night which was wonderful the only thing that is the water systems are all salt water even the tap so just keep that in mind if you are going to stay long I would recommend this place and am planning on coming back and bringing a bigger group next time I can’t wait I forgot to note that this place is huge the pool is really nice especially if you have kids they loved the slide and pool it was our little private resort.

The best: Location (walk to Oxxo, and restaurants), the pool and its temperature, comfortable room, AA working and cooling, access to the beach and the beach itself. Improvement: Some buttons on the microwave don't work, it would be good to replace it or just remove it from the place. The building is still under repair after the hurricane, and you could see the ceilings of the corridors without plaster or with work being done on them. I did not criticize them or take off any points since it is evident that they are doing a great job and I know that little by little they will recover to their previous conditions. I highly recommend Miguel's apartment. I stayed before and after the hurricane and it was/still is a great option for those who want to enjoy the tranquility of the beach and the pool. We'll be staying again in the future. Regards

An excellent place to stay! Saby was always very attentive, gave us accurate instructions on everything and even recommendations for restaurants and activities. The apartment super well, clean, comfortable and in a great location with everything you need nearby. We really enjoyed the beach that was clean and very private we would definitely come back!
