The house faces south towards the water and overlooks a gorgeous blueberry field that turns a majestic shade of deep red in the fall. On the edge of our family homestead overlooking meadow & forest, this tiny house offers a quiet, cozy refuge only 40 minutes from Acadia National Park. There's a twin daybed on the ground floor & a double futon in the loft. Full kitchen & tiny bathroom with shower too. A heat pump keeps the place toasty warm or nice and cool. The tiny house and meadow are very private on the edge of the property, and just for you. Our family's gazebo, fire pit, hammock, trail & garden are shared with guests.

The new (2021) loft apartment is clean, comfortable, with lots of amenities, including guest wifi and laundry. The neighborhood is quiet, wooded, historic. As a guest you’ll be in the midst of our organic gardens, orchards, and meadows, and can request a site tour. Nearby: Camden State Park, Laite Beach, and famous Aldermere Farm. Most ANP trails, carriage roads and lakes are about 10mins drive from the house. This newly refinished house is very spacious, with a large picnic area in the backyard and a nice deck to relax in the evenings. Open concept living space allows for increased family interactions.

Little Manahan Two

Little Manahan Two is a SECOND-FLOOR, two-queen bedroom, one bath apartment with a private entrance on a quiet street. Designated workspace, a five-minute walk to hospital, churches, shops, restaurants and YMCA, two-car off-street parking spaces with room to keep bicycles and EV charging. Key access is with a lockbox located next to the front door. Access to the Acadia National Park Loop Rd is nearby. I have a no pet policy. There is a 9% Maine sales tax added through Airbnb.

SILVER MOON, a Yurt for All Seasons

Silver Moon at The Appleton Retreat is quite private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt features a private therapeutic hot tub on the wrap around deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. Silver Moon is located in a wooded area close to a bog that attracts a variety of wildlife. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

Lillebo

Lillebo is set near the end of a dead end road with a five minute walk yielding views over Frenchman's bay with Sorrento in the near view and Winter Harbor and Bar Harbor in the long view. This homey house is set about 200 feet from the road with no neighbors in direct view. There’s a screen porch on one end of the house and a garage on the other. In the garage there is a ping pong table, corn hole, darts and bikes. There are three adult bikes, one youth bike and one kids bike.
