Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Abuja Municipal Area Council

My family and I had a wonderful 10-day stay at Abubakar’s place in Cosgrove Smart Estate, Wuye, and we enjoyed it so much that we extended for an extra day. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, making our stay very comfortable. Abubakar was an excellent host—responsive, accommodating, and always ready to assist. The peaceful and secure environment made it perfect for a family stay. I highly recommend his place and would definitely stay again!

From the gate to the rooms it feels at home. I had my friends around and they love every bit of the apartment and the compound. The game and pool area was a great plus to unwind at evening time. Gbemi was quite responsive. on request, she sent a Bluetooth speaker which made the evening time at the pool area worth it. As a lagosian, I was first worried about the distance to the central business district but Abuja was different each trip was between 16-18mins drive costing less than 3000 NGN on Bolt. What's more? The gym was cool and the green grass at the game area was refreshing. My guys status was flooded just a few minutes after arrival... pictures. Value for money? Maybe yes, maybe no. But take nothing away from the investment on solar and serenity of the environment. If your target is to work and play this apartment is your best plug. Gbemi, I will surely return and book again.

Peaceful, safe and serene surroundings. Will definitely book again

This accommodation was an answered prayer! It was our kids' first visit to Nigeria (ages 4 & 2), so we needed a place that was clean, safe, kid-friendly, and comfortable—and this home exceeded expectations. We hosted a family reunion with grandparents, uncles, and aunties, and it was perfect. Chef Martins was the highlight—he handled meals, groceries, logistics, and even Uber/Bolt bookings. Before we travelled to Nigeria, I contacted Chef Martins to arrange dinner for us and we had a warm dinner waiting for us when we arrived. His support navigating the area was invaluable, and his kindness made our stay even better. The large washing machine was a lifesaver with kids, and we didn’t notice mosquitoes thanks to netted windows and ACs in every room. Our kids loved the kitchen veranda. The area felt safe, with a supermarket (for diapers) 10 minutes away. If you're visiting from abroad and concerned about comfort, safety & meals—this place has it all, including a chef! Highly recommend.

To say the apartment and the host are AWESOME is an understatement. My family, the kids were so comfortable that they wanted us to extend our stay. The apartment is worth every penny paid and the Host, Mary was SUPERB. She consistently check on us and always proactive. I will personally recommend the apartment to anyone who want serene, beautiful, homely and comfortable apartment in Abuja. I have found permanent apartment for all my visits to Abuja henceforth. Mary is a SUPER HOST without a doubt.

Had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was stylish, clean, and super comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything I needed in Abuja. The host was very responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

The apartment offers a lot of space and has a luxurious feel with the elaborate ceilings, the many lights and lamps and the elegant curtains. The beds are very comfortable and the closets are perfect for a simple wardrobe. In contrast the bathrooms are rather modest. The kitchen is quite practical but somewhat modestly equipped if you really want to cook. The area is quiet and you feel safe in the property. We also enjoyed the small swimming-pool and the nearby gym. Chinenye was always helpful , friendly and quick in meeting our needs and questions to our complete satisfaction!
