Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Abu Dhabi

My family recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful flat, and we couldn't be more satisfied! Location is simply unbeatable. It's within close proximity to the Dubai Hills Mall, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. Dubai Hills Park, pool and gym are an elevator ride away; the facilities are fantastic and well-maintained. The flat itself is immaculate and beautifully designed. It features three spacious bedrooms and a maids room, all of which are clean and well-appointed. The furniture is both comfortable and elegant. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, with all the necessary appliances and utensils provided. Views are great, whether it's day or night, the view of the park and cityscape were really nice. Overall, our stay in this flat was outstanding. The combination of its prime location, excellent amenities, and the comfort and elegance of the flat itself made for a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended!!

Très bon séjour en couple. L’appart est à 1 minute du tram, ce qui est super pratique pour se déplacer facilement dans Dubaï. Il est confortable, bien équipé et on s’y sent tout de suite bien. L’immeuble est calme, et notre hôte a été vraiment disponible et à l’écoute du début à la fin. On a tout simplement passé un excellent moment. Merci encore !

Je recommande à tous cette appartement , Très propre et fidèle au photo. Nous étions en famille et nous avons passer un agréable moment dans cet appartement. La piscine est top , il y a des magasin à proximité ouvert 24h . Le personnel de la piscine est vraiment géniales Hôte très réactif et présent à n’importe quelle moment ( nuit, jour) disponible 24h24. Si nous avons l’occasion de revenir nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci à l’hôte et je vous souhaite que de la réussite.

Beautiful and excellent location for those who want going to the beach. Right in front, with umbrellas, towels, beach chairs, etc. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and with everything you may need. The view from the balcony is so beautiful and relaxing. We will be back with no doubt!!

I had a pleasant stay. Convenient location, 7 min walk from the metro. Beach area is 30 min walk or you may take a taxi. The studio is compact by Dubai standards, but it's ok for a solo traveler or a couple. All amenities are there. The building not brand new but well maintained. On the top floor there is a spacious gym and a pool for residents, only bring your own water and towels. The host was responsive. Will come again.

The stay was very smooth with a very welcoming host. I highly recommend this place in a very peaceful environment. The attention to detail is amazing with very proactive follow-ups and direction. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Great place, we had an amazing time.

We stayed at Karam’s place for 6 weeks, including a few extensions. No issues at all. It is fully furnished and suitable for a family who are touring or waiting for their home to be finished (like us!). It is 5 min drive to theme parks and Yas mall and easy access to highway to Dubai. It is a large but quiet neighbourhood with lots of playgrounds, pools and footpaths. Thank you Karam!

good and nice place to stay

Guys, this is with my personal experience. If you want a private place with beautiful view but in the center of marina. Don't miss this, trust me I've stayed in many properties listed in marina but nothing could match mikhail's place. Also he is so responsive, available all the time. Thanks man! This is on my top lost always.

Very spacious and clean Airbnb with all the amenities. Well located across the street from the beach with plenty of walkable restaurants to choose from in the area. We rented bikes across the street and rode much of the Corniche. Reception and building staff were friendly. Host communicated well. Care should be taken in the tub as it is very slippery. The gym looked good and the pool was located in another building. We found the bed too firm but our host said that was something she could easily address if that were an issue for others in which case we would recommend this Airbnb to others.

Excellent stay in the apartment. Bannia was there for everything I needed and responded very quickly. The apartment has everything necessary for a normal stay. If you are from Europe and need a phone charger with G plug, that is also solved and the apartment has it. Clean and tidy apartment. All recommendations.

Housing is excellent! I really liked the area, if possible we will return to live in this area. Good ventilation and really liked the new appliances in the kitchen.

The location is excellent, with plenty to do nearby. The place was clean, felt like home, and Liezl was very responsive and helpful.

Just spent the most relaxing weekend at AMY’s stunning condominium in Abu Dhabi and honestly, it’s the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in the UAE. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment is beautifully designed, spotless, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood ideal for anyone looking to unwind. What made the stay even more special was AMY herself. She’s an incredible host ,super friendly, thoughtful, and always checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. If you’re planning a calm weekend escape, this place is a hidden gem.
