Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Absecon

The top floor of the house is just so breath taking!! That view alone is worth it all. Carol was such a good host, very responsive and so accommodating. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

We were in town for some concerts at the Hard Rock and decided to get a shared place instead of cramming into a hotel room. The space was perfect for the three of us and we had plenty of room to lounge around during the day. The space is walking to distance to several places like the liquor store, The Seed, several restaurants, and even the boardwalk. We had one really nice day, and even though it was the middle of February, we took the beach cruisers down to the boardwalk. So much fun and such an added bonus!

I wish I could give our host (Steve) a 10 star review and rating. Excellent communication and the property along with amenities, location and overall cleanliness far exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend this host and property. I look forward to returning soon.

This is an excellent location! Just a hop skip and a jump from the beach. The space was very tidy and had everything we needed for a few days of relaxation. I would recommend it!

I came here on the first day of spring with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday and I honestly can’t say enough great things about the place. Wendy is a true Superhost, leaving great snacks and beverages which was a blessing for us because we stayed inside that whole first day. She allowed early check in which we truly appreciated. Popping in to say hi and check on us, she is an absolutely hilarious and kind person. Feeding the swans daily was an absolute dream! I even got to take some great birthday photos with them. The screened in porch and backyard was a wonderful hangout spot, absolutely ideal on a warm day. The place actually felt really clean when we got there, which is something we often don’t experience in Airbnb. The bathroom shower was absolutely amazing!! It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. This place is an absolute steal, and I highly recommend you book it if you’re looking at it. I truly hope to come back in the future. Thanks again Wendy!

This was the perfect place for myself, my son and his friends. The unit is as described and although my son is 6’1” he did not have a problem with the low ceilings. The only issue he had was in the bathroom but made it work. It was really nice to have the outside deck and grill. Sal was very responsive with questions I had ahead of time. I had the opportunity to meet his wife and she is so sweet!

We had a great stay at Martha's. It was exactly as advertised, and more! The layout takes full advantage of the space (it is cozy) and it suited our family of 4 very nicely (kids aged 7 & 11). Martha was a great host too. The apt is walkable to the center of Beach Haven, and so close to the beach! You can park the car and walk or bike (included) the whole week. Super relaxing vacation. And the backyard patio and grill offered a nice option for some home-syle BBQs.

Loved the location right off of the bridge coming into Ocean City. Outdoor space is clean and accommodating with large deck off of the living/dining room with plenty of beautiful furniture overlooking the bay. Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and ceiling fans. Bathrooms were clean and kitchen is large with granite countertops with bar stools for extra seating. Perfect for cooking as a family with large dining room table. Great space for games. Living room has comfortable sofas and warming fire place. Just over all comfy home with modern appliances and plenty of parking. Very happy with the stay and responsive, easy communication with host. We will be back later in the season. Overall five star rating.

First time in Atlantic City and I couldn't have picked a better spot to stay and a better host to communicate as well. Rich was a great host very responsive when needed most. Rich's listing and view was amazing and if your a couple planning on staying it sits right over a wooden heart which I thought was kinda cute. I would definitely book here again and look forward to coming back to Atlantic City!

Taylor’s condo was incredible! Very spacious yet still cozy for us to enjoy our time as a family! We all absolutely loved it! A short ride away from the boardwalk for a morning walk/run. Taylor was super helpful, we will definitely be back!

My 2 friends and I stayed here for the weekend and it was overall great! The boardwalk is right there along with a short walk to local shops and diners. There’s also a bunch of groceries stores which definitely came in handy for us. Overall, Kimberly’s place was cute, quaint and perfect for the short stay!

Kyle's place was a great host and the view from the room was breathtaking! The place was clean & had great amenities! It was very easy to check in, with clear & precise instructions. The staff at the condo was very helpful and accommodating! We will most definitely be booking with Kyle again!!

Beautiful place, enjoyable stay!

My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving 2024. We loved the place! Very nice kitchen - fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Great location - for shopping, gyms and restaurants. The host was fantastic! Very responsive. I hope we get to stay again soon. We will be back!
