Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

Close to nature and cozy cabin of woods and moors

In this peaceful place, you can relax with the whole family, go for a berry and mushroom walk in the forest, go for a swim in the lake 2 km away or in the sea 24 km away, or swim in your home pond. The farm is home to a number of different poultry, whose lives and activities are interesting to observe. By prior arrangement, it is possible to visit Lake Soka in the middle of an inaccessible bog or explore caves along the banks of the Salac River instead. Use of the sauna for a separate fee.

Modern country house

You are welcome to stay in our guest house in Saueaugu farmstead all year long. The house is fully renovated. The rooms are designed in a rustic modern style. Outside, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the field. In addition, you are welcome to meet our Nordic sled dogs. Possible for an extra fee: Hiking with a sled dog. The sauna terrace is not ready, but if you still want to use the sauna or the hot tub, let us know, they work. You can use one, or both. More info below.

Viljandi is known for its colorful old wooden houses and fairy tale like vibe and this apartment allows you to have the full experience of what Viljandi has to offer. The spacious two bedroom apartment has renovated original wooden floors, light overall interior and lots of colors. The apartment is located next to Valuoja park (valley) and has a great view on the park. The location is peaceful and quite, but at the same time walking distance away from everything.

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

I offer a home stay for Viljandi enthusiasts. The apartment is perfect for two, but can also accommodate more sleepers with the sofa. To visit cafes in the city center, all you have to do is go up the hill on Tartu Street. Who doesn't want to climb the mountain will find even better sports conditions nearby - you can head almost straight out of bed to the health trail that goes around the lake! In addition, there are padel and tennis courts etc. close by.

Delightful 1-bedroom barn with a view

You’ll have plenty to enjoy at this historic place in a picturesque setting. The barn is built in 1892 and the bedroom still carries its historic feel with the hand cut lodges and many well preserved details like the original ceiling. Most of the materials are re-used, which adds to the feeling of the space. A grand romantic view over the fields will give a feeling of remoteness and escaping everyday.

Modern chalet on the waterfront

This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
