Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Abbotsford

There are so many positive things to say. I was torn between staying in the CBD or Southbank, and I definitely made the best choice. The apartment is almost right in front of the Yarra River, such a beautiful spot for walks. The whole area is so cozy and welcoming. The apartment was clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The sheets and duvet were hotel-quality, so soft to sleep in, and the same goes for the fluffy bath towels, plenty of them too. The shower had great pressure and was wonderfully hot, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The curtains in both the living room and bedroom were amazing. We even got to watch some ballet rehearsals from our balcony! John and his wife were very kind and polite. They gave us great local tips and even allowed us to check in earlier, as the apartment was ready ahead of time, which we really appreciated! The pool, hot jacuzzi, and sauna are definitely worth using, such a well-maintained space. Amazing hosts and an amazing place.

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

I found the photos did not do the place justice. The Mantra hotel was clean, perfect location for Asian cuisine, free trams, shopping, and many hidden bars and cafés. The place had that classic hotel apartment vibe of a busy city; more spacious than anticipated and a real home away from home. Communication for check in was exceptional, and their attentiveness to our needs lovely. Would highly recommend, and will be using again!

Tanja's place was an excellent place to stay in Northcote. It is secure key fob access to the building and an elevator to get to the unit. We only stayed for 2 days but could see there was all we needed for a longer stay. The co-hosts communication was excellent and response quick when i communicated with them. I recommend!

Clean comfortable affordable accomadation

Chris's is a great host and helped with check in, and his apartment was a great place to call home for a week. It was so quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. Kitchen stocked well with condiments you would need. We used the frying pan and gas stove top daily for breakfrast and we loved using the gym and sauna. Super handy location, just a 2 minute walk to the nearest tram stop into the city (11) and to Coles and liquorland and restaurants/bars/cafes. Both beds are firm if that's what you like, linen was clean and comfortable, and there was some nice little touches like relaxing sleep mist and books next to the bed. We also loved that the apartment was on the ground level so made it quick and easy while heading out each day. One of the best things to note was a private secure carpark, this was very important for us as we had a hire car for the week and didn't want to park it on the streets. We were very pleased with our stay in Fitzroy and Chris' hospitality.

Haijing’s place was very well located and quiet even though it was within easy distance to every city convenience. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and a pleasure to stay in. I enjoyed my time there and give high marks to this host and her place. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay and were grateful to call this wonderful apartment “home” if only for one night! The host was very responsive and friendly, making us feel supported and welcome. The thorough instructions provided made check-in and check-out easy and stress free. The central location was perfect for our needs and I would love to stay again future. Five stars, highly recommend!

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

We had a great stay here. Rooms are nice and cozy. Cute balcony lights and nice kitchen. Love the decoration and design of this house. Brendan and Lisa were very responsive and helpful. Definitely worth the money. Will come back again

A perfect place for our family of 5 to spend 4 nights. Heidi and Tim are A+ hosts whose extra touches are greatly appreciated. Location is superb and the community leaves you wishing you could move here. House was spotless, deck was perfect for dinner. For us, extremely convenient to sandbelt golf courses. We would love to come back and would be delighted to stay here again.

This place was amazing! From the moment I made the booking, Nicola was responsive and very welcoming to deal with. Nothing was missed and everything was taken care of from milk in the fridge to treats upon our arrival. The beds were comfy and the house was warm and stylish. We really had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to recommend staying there to anyone.

House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication with the host. My child left behind a motion sensor light under the pillow and we managed to retrieve it by texting host on communication channel. He even went to meet us to pass it back to us several days later.Thank you so much! ◡̈
