Very nice house with good location in Støvring. Nice and quiet, but still centrally located. We were in Støvring for the handball cup, and that we the families of the boys lived in this house while the boys were staying at the karensminde school worked great! Would love to stay in this house again if we were to go back down another time! 10/10

As a parent, we were thrilled with how well-suited the place was for kids, making our family feel right at home. The cleanliness of the accommodation was impeccable, further enhancing our experience. We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and super kids friendly, so it was perfect for us. It was super easy to communicate with Sine, as well. We’ll be back for sure!

The house is very nice, flooded with light, modern and very stylishly decorated. The location is very pleasant and quiet in the new development area just outside Saeby Center. It is approx. 15 minutes on foot, to our favorite beach it was 15 minutes by car. We were there with eight people. We would book the house again, but then only with six people, as the sleeping arrangements for eight large people were somewhat narrowly planned. We felt very comfortable.

My wife, two young children and I had a wonderful stay at Simon's house. It is a lovely, spacious and cozy house in a good and quiet location close to the center of Aalborg. My kids especially enjoyed all the exciting toys and separate playroom. Simon is a very welcoming host who always responds quickly and made us feel more than welcome. Check-in, stay, and checkout worked perfectly, Can only give the warmest recommendations for booking Simon's house.

This is a lovely home and Ardeshir is a lovely host. Lovely quiet location in a nice neighborhood and close to a fantastic lake where we spent a lot of our time with the kids. Aalborg is walkable although we drove in with the kids. Our kids were able to play with toys and the garden had a trampoline which they loved. The garden is beautiful and not overlooked. The house feels like a home and is clean and modern - it has everything you need. Overall I highly recommend this place for a family.

This was a beautiful home! Very easy to find, and very well set up for our large family. The house was divided so the children could sleep on one side of the house, and the adults the other. The kitchen was great for preparing and serving meals to a large family, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool, hot tub, and games room were an absolute hit with our kids. The beach was about a 10 minute walk away (15 with small kids) but was really lovely. Communication with the host was a bit challenging, I ended up having to call a phone number on a confirmation voucher in order to get any questions answered (versus communicating through AirBNB), so that could be improved. But we loved the home and I would recommend it to others.

We stayed at the cottage with a group of friends over New Year's Eve and it is an absolute recommendation. The pool, hot tub & sauna are great and there is plenty of entertainment provided. Always happy to come back:)

All in all, very good!

We had a nice and peaceful week at Erik's house with our big family! Spacious house with empty space for all! We really liked and gather around the table on the covered patio when the weather didn't quite stand by us. Lovely location with a short stroll to the beach, and otherwise short car or bike rides to sights in the area. We gladly came back!

Great place to stay, we had a good time with our 3 kids. Count on a big electricity bill, we stayed in November, and to keep the house and pool warm it quickly racked up.

A very welcoming cottage, with lovely decor. There were all the things you could want during the holidays, such as lots of outdoor furniture, barbecue and kitchen utensils, chrome cast, etc. However, we found that the beds were of low quality which challenged the sleep during our stay. Despite this, we want to come back due to the charm and possibilities of the house.

Great starting point to discover the north of DK. The house was very clean, cosy and well designed, with everything you need for a long term stay. As described and beyond.
