The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Maison indépendante au coeur des vergers. Tout confort, grand terrain totalement isolé mais près de toutes les facilités du beau village d’Aubel. Quatre chambres de 2 personnes, équipées de la télévision ainsi qu’une salle de jeux/ bureau avec télévision également. Grand terrain avec 2 terrasses, salon de jardin, grand parking et barbecue en Corten. Cuisine totalement équipée. Pour un moment de déconnexion et de détente au calme et aux chants des oiseaux. Départ tardif le dimanche jusque 18h.

The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

Im Flur ist ein großer Schrank. Das Bad ist mit mit einer großen ebenerdigen Wohlfühl- Dusche, Waschbecken und WC voll ausgestattet. Der Zugang zu unserer Gästewohnung befindet sich abseits der Strasse und führt über unseren Innenhof.

Die mit Liebe frisch renovierte Altbauwohnung ist das ehemalige Jagdzimmer des Anwesens. Neben altem Schiffsparkett schmückt eine Stuckdecke den großen, hellen Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa und Esstisch. Zur Wohnung gehört eine eigene Terrasse und ein großer Parkplatz ist auch direkt vor der Türe. Bis in die Aachener Innenstadt benötigt man 10 Min. mit dem Auto. ( Belgien 20 Min., Holland 10 Min.) Hier könnt Ihr Urlaub machen in reinster Form. Der Dutchtub bietet etwas Abenteuer für gross und klein ( Man muss ihn selber heizen mit Holz und das Feuer beaufsichtigen vielleicht mit nem Aperitif? Insgesamt dauert der Wärmeprozess +-4 Stunden je nach Jahreszeit! Bitte beachten nicht möglich bei Frost. Maximal 1 Hund

Mitten in der Natur und doch zentral (unweit von Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Lüttich) Wir vermieten auf unserem Hof (Eynattener Mühle) eine 70qm Wohnung mit seperatem Eingang, bestehend aus einer großen Wohn-Essküche, einem großen Schlafzimmer, einem kleinen Wohn-Schlafzimmer (Einzelbett 185 x 85 cm), einem Badezimmer. Es ist Platz für 3 Erwachsene und 1 Baby (Babybett vorhanden). Ein Sitzplatz im Freien, direkt an der Göhle, steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
