Diese ca. 100 qm große Wohnung mit besonderem Flair bietet Platz, Komfort und eine originelle Architektur: Gelegen im Anbau des Haupthauses (mit eigenem Eingang) wurde ein früheres Schwimmbad in 2018 mit viel Liebe zum Detail in eine helle, geräumige Wohnung umgewandelt, die Platz für vier Personen bietet. Sie ist ausgestattet mit Whirlpoolwanne und Sauna für Wellness und Entspannung und liegt direkt an Feld und Wald und am Naturpark Eifel mit 1000 Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Natur/Euregio/Städte).

Logement ADULT ONLY, fraichement rénové disposant d'une baignoire balnéo donnant sur la chambre, de la climatisation, grande douche à l'italienne, poêle a pellets, smart tv, coin lecture, coin jeux, coin laverie, .... Moyennant supplément, vous aurez accès au jardin ainsi qu'à la piscine extérieure chauffée (en été) et jacuzzi extérieur (en hiver). Le petit déjeuner artisanal (by DamTam) avec des produits locaux / bio est en supplément aussi. LOGEMENT PRÉVU POUR 2 ADULTES (pas pour enfants)

De appartementen maken deel uit van een monumentale vierkantshoeve (1767) en zijn ook geschikt voor een langer verblijf. De huurprijs is gebaseerd op een verblijf met 2 personen. Onze gasten kunnen gebruik maken van de tuin met zitjes. Er is een buitenzwembad, verwarmd vanaf de buiten temperatuur boven de 20 graden is (in principe vanaf april tot november). De jacuzzi is het hele jaar verwarmd. Er is een gemeenschappelijke ruimte en een klein jaren '30 café, hier kunt u eventueel ontbijten.

This renovated cottage is located in a green garden in the hills of Limburg. Relax on the wooden porch or the terrace (with Jacuzzi) and enjoy the view of green landscapes and horses. Start a trail for hiking and cycling trails one step away of the cottage and explore the nature and little villages. Go on a citytrip to Maastricht and Valkenburg (10 min), Aachen or Liège (20 min). The cottage is located in the countryside in a small and quiet village, 2-4 km from supermarkets and shops.
