2020/21 we completely renovated the old farmhouse of my grandparents with a lot of passion and attention to detail and converted the lower floor into a large vacation rental. In our old quarry stone house in Monschau-Höfen, up to four nature lovers, hiking friends or recreational vacationers can now find their place to feel good. The flat is located in the first floor and provides very comfortable space for 4 persons. When using the studio couch up to 6 persons can stay in the flat. There are 2 seperate bed rooms as well as fully equipped kitchen and a living room. The bathroom provides a shower and a bath. One of the bed rooms is the access room to the bathroom. A fireplace can be used professionally for additional ambiente. Before using the fireplace please ask for a user-training carried out by the landlord.
