This beautiful apartment occupies the entire top floor of a building. It has 3 small terraces facing the iconic Le Rex cinema on one side and the Sacré Coeur on the other. The apartment is quiet, crossed by light. There is no elevator but access is easy by stairs. There is an efficient portable A/C system for the bedroom, but it is less quiet than a general A/C system.
